Summit 1011 is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach condo has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is 1 rollaway if needed for the kiddos to sleep. and a pullout sofa bed mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2 -5 people. We are Kid friendly for families. We provide a convertible crib for infants, or small toddler to sleep in the pack & play provided!
