Located directly across 30A from the public beach access, Playa Bonita 30A Seagrove Beach is the perfect resting spot for your beach getaway. Newly renovated, this Seagrove condo places you conveniently just 100 steps to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor.

Accommodating up to 6 vacationers comfortably, Playa Bonita 30A Seagrove Beach is a stunning, one-bedroom, 1.5 bath beach condo. The master bedroom is appointed with a queen bed topped with extremely comfortable sheets, and a large television. There are 2 bunk beds in the hall and a comfy sleeper sofa in the main living area – both with the same exceptional quality of bedding. It is perfect place to escape reality, celebrate a special day, or enjoy the company of that special someone.

Equipped with 4 bar stools, granite countertops, range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen affords you an opportunity to choose to cook a feast or reheat leftovers from one of the many top notch 30A restaurants. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy a movie or sporting event on an oversized television with a Roku to stream your favorite apps. Adjoining the living area is a nicely appointed balcony perfect for morning coffee talk, reading a good book or escaping for a quick nap.

There's nothing better than walking back from the beach to everything you need immediately outside the condo. The building features an ice cream shop and commissary store (small beer/wine selection) on the main floor, a Mexican restaurant and beach store across the parking lot, and an Italian restaurant on the other side of the building (great pizza & pasta).

Playa Bonita is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, DirecTV, and much more. You have access to all the upscale amenities of the Cassine development: 2 community pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind Cassine Village.

As previously noted, Cassine Station is located directly across from a public beach access. Equipped with an elevator on the north end of the building, and an observation deck on the south, which is perfect for the beautiful Seagrove Beach sunsets.

You will not regret choosing to spend your beach escape at Playa Bonita Seagrove.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and very clean. They had everything we needed for our stay and it was located within short walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was free and we never had trouble finding a spot. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions as well. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing—close to everything and just a quick, easy walk to the beach. You’re only about 100 steps away from that beautiful, snow-white sand, which made it incredibly convenient.The unit was very clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels (huge plus), and it had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay.Parking was easy, which is always a win at the beach. It’s a second-floor unit with elevator access, making it super convenient for bringing up luggage and beach gear without the struggle.Bonus: there’s a pizza spot right next door, which came in clutch when we didn’t feel like going far.Overall, a really enjoyable stay—perfect if you want easy beach access, convenience, and a clean, well-equipped place to relax.

Excellent condo / apartment. Clean, full of amenities and 1.5 bathrooms were convenient. Beds were comfy and located right across the street from public access. Bronzino's pizza is right next door and an unexpected pleasure. Some of the best pizza ever.

This was my second stay and we had a great mom’s weekend! Jeffrey ( the host) is great with communication and incredibly accommodating as well. While we were there, we asked for an extra blanket and they brought it to us within minutes ! The location is ideal if you wanna sit on the beach for an hour or all day.It is super close to all the activities in Seaside as well as wonderful restaurants in Rosemary and Grayton. We enjoyed 30 bike rentals as well. They were super easy to work with and very flexible. Beachy Bean has some of the best avocado toast. and was a great place to start our mornings! We also had wonderful meals at Mimmo‘s, Bud and Ally’s, and the Vue on 30A! However, if you’re on vacation and you want to cook the kitchen here has what you need. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus as well!

Great Location

This was our second time to stay at Cassine Village for Spring Break. We got to town earlier than expected and we’re allowed to check in a little early. The condo was in great condition, the location is so convenient to the beach and restaurants, and check out was super easy. We will definitely be returning to Cassine.

Great location! The condo was nice and roomy. The wash cloths were stained and pillow cases were stained. The ad states gulf view, but you can only see the gulf if you are standing in the street. No beach/gulf view from your balcony.

Cute little condo!

The condo was great! The fact it’s a 1.5 bathroom in that footprint is amazing! The patio with privacy curtains helped it feel private and cut down on bugs. We loved the wagon and beach supplies too! The only downfall is outside of the owners control and that is the 6am good delivery trucks making a delivery and garbage trucks right outside of our windows each morning. Overall a great location with east beach access and easy pool access!!

Perfect Getaway for Two

My husband and I were delighted with the accommodations. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Although there are businesses on the first floor and on both sides of the building, the condo was quiet and cozy. The layout allowed us comfortable togetherness and time alone. The host thoughtfully anticipated our needs and accordingly supplied the condo. The location is ideal. It’s a short walk to the beach and comfort food. Shopping and good restaurants are a few minutes away. It’s right at Seagrove Beach and Seaside Beach. Destin is less than an hour away. We enjoyed it tremendously and look forward to returning.

Very cute and good location

This condo is in a great location and offers everything for a great stay. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the management service via text. The ice cream store downstairs was a family favorite! Crossing 30 A at night was sometimes intimidating but during the day- it was no big deal. This is just a short walk to the beach and it was very simply to carry our items back and forth to the beach. We appreciated the beach items that were provided. We had a great time!

Very Nice Condo

Enjoyed this condo. Great remodeling job. Clean. Very short walk to the beach. Gave location 4 stars instead of 5 only because there is an oceanfront high-rise condo building directly across the street, and next to it are "private beach" properties. As a result, the beach gets very crowded there with people staking out their spots on the sand with beach umbrellas and chairs at 6 am or earlier (one guy said he was out at 4 am to get a spot!). Note, it was 4th of July weekend, so we expected a lot of people. In any case, we would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks!

Lovely condo, excellent location

Location really couldn’t have been better. Right across the street from the beach where it’s super easy to rent chairs and and umbrella. It’s very quiet, and just a few minutes drive to Seaside. The condo is well equipped with a cute outside seating area. It does get super hot out there but you can always take the box fan out (it’s in the closet) to cool it down a bit. Fridge has a water and ice dispenser and there’s a regular drip coffee machine as well as a Keurig. Take your fire stick or equivalent if you want to watch your programs in the bedroom as it’s not internet ready. If you need a dark room to sleep you will be challenged because the blinds and curtains in the bedroom are white so the room is always light - given the outside lights that are on at night. So maybe take an eye mask if this bothers you (blackout or darkening curtains would be a great addition). The shower is great - good water pressure. There was no beach umbrella when I was there, but I’d brought my own anyways. They do provide 6 beach towels. There’s a beach store right across the parking lot for anything you may forget. I would stay here again.

The home was as described and closer to the beach than we thought! The pizza place next door was great and the doughnuts across the street were delicious! Very easy location to navigate and enjoy the pool or beach or both! The home was equipped with beach chairs, toys, a wagon, and plenty of towels. We appreciated the clean playpen for our 1 year old. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was squeaky, but there was an extra table fan in the closet that satisfied us. Having access to a washer and dryer and dishwasher with a few cleaning pods for each made the stay hassle free, and we were able to keep things fresh and clean throughout our stay.

Great Condo

Everything was perfect; location is right across the street from the most beautiful white sand beach with clear turquoise water. Perfectly located to check out all the towns on 30A. Bike shop and pizza place right next door. Paddle boards rental 1 block away. It was perfect for My Wife and I and our 2yr old. I’m sure we will be back.

Great Getaway

My husband and I decided to get away for a short trip to recharge. It was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach and a short bike ride to Seaside. Everything was so close and so much to do. The condo had everything we needed, including a beach umbrella and chairs. We can't wait to bring the kids back with us! See you again soon!

My wife and I are originally from Chicago & Michigan. We moved to 30a in 2014 to trade the snow for sand. Our 2 beautiful daughters were born there. In 2020, we decided to move up to Alpharetta, GA, where we've lived since. Our cleaning/maintenance crews are 30a locals, and very well respected in the community.

I'm an account manager for a cloud computing company, and my wife designs homes on 30a. We've owned rental properties in Santa Rosa Beach since 2017. We self manage because we truly enjoy interacting with the families that stay with us. Our knowledge of the area, and flexible work schedules allow us to be ultra responsive, and provide the 5 star vacation experiences that the large rental companies simply can't.

30a is a truly unique area, and we are here to helpyou experience everything it has to offer.

We own 2 condos in Cassine Station, this 1bd+bunk room, and 2bd+bunk room on the top floor (please ask about it if you need a larger unit or want to accommodate more families).

The location is absolutely perfect. Cassine is within minutes of the most popular places on 30a, and directly across the street from the beach....for a fraction of the cost of staying in Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, etc. Pools, tennis, sunset look out area, lakeside trails, restaurants, ice cream, and a beach all on prem or next door. What else could you ask for?

We own our units, and we stay in them whenever we can. We care for them in a way that property managers generally don't. We have toddlers, so the the units are always safe and accommodating for parents and kids (beach gear, toys, games, wagon, etc). If you need anything, just ask!
