Our travel plans had us arrive an hour earier than the check-in time. Host allowed us to check-in early. The home was clean and welcoming. Was able to have additional family in town to gather and enjoy the home with ample space. Backyard was large and beautiful. Everything needed was available. Would stay again next time in town.

Check in was very easy, there's an electronic lock on the door. Everything was clean and the place is really nice inside. The plumbing and appliances work very well. The kitchen is well set up with dishes and cooking utensils. We had 9 people staying together and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard is beautiful with plenty of room for games and BBQ. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and theirs plenty of parking. This is a cute country home that works well for a large family or group of friends.

Wonderful Vacation home!

This home is amazing! It has everything and the entire place is clean and immaculately well maintained! We felt right at home with all the very comfortable furniture! We loved spending time on the deck which overlooks a beautiful backyard! We will be back next year! Thank you!

Overall a Great Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property with our small doggie. We travel with a pet fence & was able to set it up in the backyard so she could roam a bit. It was awesome sitting in the backyard each morning & evening enjoying the birds, squirrel’s & trees. The inside of the house was comfortable & clean. Our only issue was the back deck & chairs needed a little cleaning. We spent our time in the backyard on chairs we travel with so it was not an issue for us. If we are ever in the Idaho Falls area we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Place

This was such a great option. I was able to spend time with my family who lives in Idaho Falls and this option was way better than a motel as there was plenty of room. My two dogs had a very secure yard and I never worried about them going outdoors to play. Great deck and when the weather was nice had enjoyable time on the deck. Would come back to this property as everything was great.

Worked for what the guys needed. A very urban setting with schools nearby, they guys were thinking it was more of a rural - city outskirts setting. Still worked for their needs of a home base for unguided hunting excursions on public lands.

Outstanding Home

We stayed here while attending a family reunion. The house was decorated well and there were very few issues. Our only complaint which is just a personal preference issue was the bedroom setup. Don’t get me wrong though it was nice but the king bed should have been on the upper floor. Most older people have trouble with a lot of stair climbing. It would have been better to have the largest bedroom have the biggest bed. How the bedrooms are in this house we can understand why it was the way it was. Just for persons who have trouble with stairs it would have been nice to have the main bedroom on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. This home has an amazing backyard and a wonderful game room. At this time you can see how they are continuing to improve the property. The garage was being used to store supplies so we couldn’t use it but the weather was perfect so it didn’t matter. Overall this stay was excellent especially with a large group and pets.
