As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and modern living area adorned with contemporary furnishings and chic decor.
The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for socialising or relaxing with loved ones.
Floor-to-ceiling windows not only flood the space with natural light but also offer uninterrupted views of Calgary's skyline.
We're available 24/7 via the booking platform app, text or phone.
We recommend using the Booking Platform App as that will ensure the quickest response time.
If you need to we are also available via text/ phone.
Located in the Beltline, you are central to almost everything!
Walking distance to;
- Stephenâs Avenue
- TD Core Shopping Mall
- The Calgary Stampede
- The Saddle Dome
- 17th Avenue (Red Mile)
- and much, much more!
Guests have access to the entire condo and the patio.
Registered guests are welcome to use the shared building amenities; a gym and outdoor pool. Please note that access may change at any time, including routine maintenance, change to bylaws or seasonal availability. We do not refund based upon their availability.
Guests have access to one underground parking stall
The balcony fire pit is not for guest use.
This suite can accommodate 1-6 guests as there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Offering;
- Two bedrooms (both queen beds)
- Sofa bed in living room
- Two bathrooms both with tub shower combos (no walk-in shower)
- Full kitchen; complete with coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and everything you need to make meals at home
- Shared gym in the building
- Private patio and shared rooftop patio
- Shared pool (seasonal)
In the summer guests will enjoy access to the rooftop pool (seasonal, outdoor).
Guests have access to one underground parking stall.
