Cozy updated 3 Bedroom house in Ann Arbor, 1.5mi to downtown and the big house!

Our 3 bed/1 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the big house. Newly renovated, open floor plan with a modern kitchen and private backyard and deck.

Conveniently located in the Dicken neighborhood, walking distance to Stadium blvd restaurants and shops, 1.5 miles from the big house and 1.5 miles from downtown.

One bedroom has a king size bed and a futon. Another bedroom has a queen and a single pull out. The small bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with chromecast. The main area has a comfortable couch, TV with chromecast and 4 stools. The dining area has seating for 6 or 7 (4 seats and a bench). pack n play crib available upon request.

Kitchen is stocked with spices, coffee beans, k cups and plenty of pots pans and utensils.

Quick response. Exactly the space we needed for our family. Close to the stadium, in walking distance. Older home, but redone in areas. Dishwasher could use an update, just ended up hand washing things.

Advertised pricing was not accurate. Property is well located. Front yard has been neglected. House inside is well kept and clean. House is furnished with all you need. Checking in and out is easy. House is well located, close to downtown Ann Harbor and University of Michigan.

We found the property to be very well remodeled and easy to relax in. There were lots of outlets for our electronics, Wifi was very reliable. All beds had side tables with lamps and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was just very comfortable.

Great Place to Stay for a Game

Stayed with family for big football weekend! Nick was great to communicate with. House has all you’ll need and is close enough to walk to the Big House, but far enough away from the craziness on game days. Bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Quiet street right off stadium drive. Plenty of parking- with No restrictions on street parking. Nick has added another bathroom downstairs ( almost finished), which makes it nice when traveling with whole family Close to Kroger and only an 8 min drive from downtown or Campus.

UM game visit

25min walk from Big House, very convenient. Unit is as described, 3 beds and 1 bath. Nick was clear and responsive with communication. This is a good spot to have as a home base for a gameday weekend with friends.

Weekend stay over

Was at Nicks house for a weekend in August 24.. house is a very cute 3 bedroom with open kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom is a very good size for 5 adults +, it has a nice sitting area off the back which was great for sitting and having your morning coffee.. the house was clean and had all the amenities needed, the area was also great, only being about a 10 min walk to the big house and a few resturants, I can only say we were all very confortable and I would use the house again... 5 stars from me...

We really enjoyed our stay for 9 nights during August. The house exceeded our expectations - very well suited for our family, large equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely patio, and great location. Highly recommended!

Clean and Easy Check In/Out

In town for one night and our family prefers separate sleeping spaces so this worked well. Very clean space, lovey backyard area and quiet neighborhood.

Inside good, outside bad

Inside very nice, can tell it’s been updated. Clean, nice comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped. Could have used more towels, especially wash cloths since 4 adult women were there. Outside curb appeal horrendous. We almost did not go into the house. Grass needed cutting, weeds were overtaking yard, bushes needed extensive trimming. Would return if we knew yard was taken care of. There was, however, a nice deck off the back.

Nice for short stay

We stayed 1 night. The grass and yard needed tending too, as well as indoor house plants. There was a broken decoration on the kitchen counter, we just moved it out of our way. There was a used pan in the oven when we went to use it. There was trash in the garbage and recycling cans when we arrived. We could not locate garbage bags until late in the evening, or extra toilet paper. Bed space was not at listed, but we made it work. There were no checkout instructions provided. The home was comfortable for our night, but could be improved upon.

Stayed for work trip

Great location, and it was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space. Will look here again on the next trip back.
