Thanks for a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable beds. Enough seating and space for 6 adults. Check-in information very clear. Everything labeled in the home and easy to find. Everything very clean.

This basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and just what our family needed for our weekend stay in Orem. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. It's only a 10 minute drive to Bridal Veil Falls and 20 minutes to Thanksgiving Point. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was spacious, clean, and functional. The cabinet labels were helpful. We appreciated the washer and dryer and snacks. The seasonal decor made it feel like home away from home!

100% recommended place. Everything is super clean, everything is well organized, and the space is not to mention very large, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I would definitely come back here.

Very clean property with good apartment layout. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you could need including coffee maker. Host was kind to provide complimentary bottled water and yummy snacks. Beds were large and the bathroom had good water pressure in shower with double bathroom sink. grocery store was within 5 minutes drive and neighborhood is safe. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is probably a laudromat nearby. Would recommend this place if you’re visiting the SLC area. We were here for vacation so it suited our needs. However, if you’re here for business and need to go to downtown SLC a lot, this place is about 45 minutes to an 1 hour away from downtown.

Great place to stay in Orem! It’s close to everything. Very spacious and clean basement apartment. Host quickly responds to requests and questions. As other reviews have mentioned AC unit is loud and you could hear footsteps from owners upstairs. Neither bothered us. We were very impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the place. They had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay!

A Great Place to Stay

The place was super clean, spacious, with everything you might possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had nice dish sets, pots, silverware and the bedrooms nice closet space and comfortable beds. They added a special touch to the place with 4th of July decorations as we were visiting in the month of July. Also, the area had nice views and the neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lodgings

This is a new, basement apartment. It is furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. CLEAN, convenient, and just perfect. Gracious hosts. We were there visiting family. It had a gathering area that allowed us to share a meal and visit as a group and then let everyone disburse to their own homes for sleeping. We’d definitely want to stay here again.

Large, clean, and comfortable

We needed something that was close and convenient to get to BYU and the freeway, and this location was perfect. The condo was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, and the check-in/out process was simple.
