**Good to Know**:
This is the lower-level suite of our family home. Parking is behind the home, and so guests will need to cross the lawn and go down some steps to access the guest suite.
Garage parking with a garage door opener is available as an optional add-on ($6/night). It is secure and accessible via walking path. If interested, send us a message when booking to confirm it is available during your stay.
While the space is private and fully yours during your stay, you may occasionally hear everyday sounds from upstairsâwe're a working household with two toddlers and a friendly, hypoallergenic goldendoodle (JoJo, who is not allowed in the guest suite outside of guest stays).
**House Rules**:
* No pets
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
* No parties
* No unregistered visitors or gatherings without prior approval

We are both Utah natives who love Orem. We recently moved (from another Orem location) into this home and we inherited this amazing guest suite in our basement. It has gotten high reviews under the previous owner and we are excited to keep it going. We spent a lot of our childless years traveling and now that we are parents to toddlers, we love making the most of living in Orem and having travelers come to us! Sunny speaks French and some Spanish and Eric speaks Spanish.

We love how accessible everything is in Orem and we love campuses. How fun to live with two so close by!

Guests rave about the theatre room, the hot tub & pool table, the comfortable beds and the very functional kitchen. It has all the conveniences of home, but feels like a vacation home.
