Host was very welcoming and ease of entry was a plus. Also host was very quick to respond. My only complaints were that there was no dryer, so we couldn’t do laundry,AND the parking is a nightmare. I pulled out of my spot and ran over a couple of inches of concrete and it was so horrible I actually screamed out loud and my rental car sounded different after that. It was impossible to find a parking spot that I didn’t nearly hit something or run over something. And as much as I loved the place. It was perfect. The anxiety of parking a car there is a no go. And if you want to call a Lyft be prepared to stand outside in front of the building because that’s where the address is and you will be in the back. So if it’s cold
 and food delivery drops your stuff off on the front porch too so you have to put your shoes on and walk downstairs around to the front, and back up. If you have a little SUV and only need the basics, this is the place. It’s very cute and comfy.

This property was in a good spot in a less-crowded area and reasonable walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Convenience

The property was quite nice and the convenience was perfect. Close to Downtown and Michigan Avenue where we found coffee shops, restaurants and a distillery within a very short drive. It worked out very well for our quick trip to Detroit.

Great place!

Perfect for a weekend trip with my partner. Location was pretty good, we scootered pretty much everywhere and most of our scooter trips were 5-10mins. The apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed.

Corktown is a lively bustling area filled with amazing restaurants, cocktail bars, sports bars and shops. It's also super close to all the best things in the city - from Little Caesars arena, to the DIA, to Ford Field, to downtown Detroit, to the Riverfront and more!
Our place is about a 10 minute walk to Michigan street (the strip of Corktown).

It's completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new with modern unique finishes, but still with some old charm, keeping the original exposed brick inside the units.
