The home features two welcoming bedrooms, each a cozy sanctuary with premium bedding and blackout shades. A luxury king-size bed in one room, while the other offers a queen-size bed, ensuring peaceful nights.
Indulge in a bathroom stocked with luxurious amenities and a kitchen that’s a chef`s dream. A dining area for intimate meals. The basement provides laundry facilities, adding practicality to your stay. Enjoy your own fenced backyard, a private outdoor retreat for you and your pets.
As your host, I`m committed to your comfort and happiness, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable stay. Clinton Corner is more than a rental, it`s a stylish, comfortable home, awaiting your arrival.

• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.

• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
