We try to stay here every time we go to Columbus to see our kids who are students at Ohio State. The host is spectacular, the location is perfect, and the condo is always clean, prepared, and pristine.

Nicely renovated older building with great amenities (complimentary coffee/tea/popcorn) and the shared sauna and fire pit were a huge plus. Very clean and comfortable stay!

Wonderful Stay

This property is great from a price point standpoint, location, and safety. We were able to walk to and from the Ohio State game right about 2 miles. But there’s several cafĂ©s pizza, places and breweries within five or six blocks of this location. The host was very responsive And I would certainly stay at this property again.

Very cozy apartment. Beds are comfortable. Decor is lovely. The addition of ice trays to make ice would be helpful. Looking forward to booking this apartment again.

This was a wonderful property for a quick visit. The place was beautifully designed, with easy parking, and walkable to so many food options. The suite was cozy, the pillows, sheets, towels were plush so comfy that I wanted to check the brand to have them at home. So many nice touches that make it feel like home. Would highly recommend!

Was hopeful based on the pictures and great reviews, and was pleasantly surprised beyond expectations. Very clean and fresh. They have done a quality job of restoring the property (before and after pictures are in the upper apt!) with good materials and taste... they are rightfully proud of their property and it shows. The location is a bit urban commercial, but far enough off of the main drag so as to be quiet and handy for restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfy, including the sofa bed. I will try the sauna next time! 5 stars.

Cannot beat the centralized location of Grandview. Located just west of downtown Columbus. Enjoy the walkability of this vibrant community with some of the cities best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Built in the 1930s and renovated in 2024. Using high end materials with a unique design that embodied the warm feel of old craftsmanship with modern appointments!
