***Game Room just added- Any booking made after March 5th, 2024, will have access to Studio apartment game room. Equipped with kitchenette, mini fridge, full bathroom, pool table, foosball table, large flat screen TV, bar area and living room. Sleeps 4 extra guests*****

Family friendly, clean, great kitchen supplied and loved the game room. Hot tub and view was great for relaxing sketchy WiFi but there are a couple places that will pick up fine. Glad we stayed here and would highly recommend it if you don’t mind the drive to Natural Bridge

Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish — very responsive, clear, and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free.The home itself is beautiful and stylishly decorated with a ranch theme that feels both cozy and updated. Everything felt new and well maintained, with great finishes throughout. The master suite was especially impressive, with a gigantic bathroom that felt like a spa.The house is nicely secluded at the end of a road, which gave us plenty of privacy and quiet, yet it’s only about 20 minutes from town, so it was easy to get out and explore when we wanted to.There was lots of room for everyone to spread out inside, and the layout worked really well for our group. We loved the open kitchen connected to the rest of the first floor — we cooked dinners together, played games, and spent most of our time hanging out there. The smart TV was also phenomenal for movie nights.And of course, we made great use of the hot tub — a perfect way to relax after the day.Overall, an amazing place with great amenities, thoughtful design, and excellent hosts. We’d happily stay here again.

Fantastic home for 5 week old to 97 years old age range in our party of 9. Great common areas for gathering and relaxing and fun game room for down time. Will use again if ever back in that area. Recommend highly.

Amazing spot!

The place was great and I support a previous comment that it is FAR nicer than the photos. They do not do the space justice. We spent most of our time on the porch watching the sun over the hills. Hope to stay again!

Huge and peacefull

The place is even bigger and prettier then the pictures. We were a group of 9 adults and we chose This place to be close for rock climbing. Easy to go, peacefull. We enjoyed the spa, the firepit and everything around. The beds were confortables. It was easy to feel like home !

Great way to bring in the New Year!

We rented this cabin with 2 other families with small children to celebrate the New Year. We had hoped to venture out and hike but the rain prevented us from being able to do that. Fortunately, we had picked this cabin due to its size and entertainment value with the game room and hot tub. The property was amazing and very well kept. All 3 families were comfortable. The kids used the upstairs bedroom to make a movie theatre and hang out and watch movies. The poker table was nice for us adults to sit around and play games. The kitchen was very well stocked to prepare food for such a large group. They even donate usable food at the end of the stay which I thought was an amazing gesture and made me feel far less guilty than when I throw it away at all the other properties I’ve visited since I didn’t have the means to travel back with it. The only thing I could even begin to complain about was the pool table cues needed to be re-tipped but we still played and enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you!

Family vacation

Even though I saw photos of the cabin before coming, when I walked in I felt like we were on Extreme Homemaker complete with Ooohs and Awwws! Beautiful and immaculate! Perfect for our party of 11 including daughter and son in law, their 2 children, our son and daughter in law, and our 2 teen sons and 22 yo old son. Ample space for us to dine together at dining table. Ample dining/living room space to divide up and play board games, work puzzles, and play video/computer games and yet still be together. Ample, comfortable seating for all of us to enjoy a movie together. Comfortable outdoor chairs for sitting on porch and enjoying spectacular view. Peaceful. Spacious grass area for outdoor games that we brought. Cornhole was there. Game room provided secluded space for son and daughter in law to stay at night (with own bathroom) and for boys to hang out to play video games and foosball during day. Karaoke was fun addition if you can get your family to participate! Firepit nicely done for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Hot tub large enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably (5 yo enjoyed it as well). Two hikes recommended for young children: Broke Leg Falls and Devil’s Arch within 10 min drive. Red River Gorge hikes are an hour away. Kitchen well equipped. IGA 15 mins away. Great memories were made by all! Thankful for our week there! Left behind one of our favorite family games: Sushi Go! for other families to enjoy! -The Elliotts, Lexington KY
