The 65-inch flat screen in the living area has Smart TV capabilities. Everything you need for cooking and dining is included in the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the quiet, enclosed backyard in the morning after brewing your preferred coffee varieties in the Keurig. Minutes away are parks, restaurants, retail stores, and sports facilities.

Wonderful home. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We did not use the back yard but it is large and seems like a great space! Would love to stay again in the future.

Phoenix Family Celebration

This is the BEST VRBO experience we have had to date ( and we frequently use VRBO)! The hostess was PHENOMENAL at communicating immediately and met every need! The house was fantastic with an AMAZING game room and toys for our grandchildren. SUPER CLEAN and very well stocked. The location is nice and near several restaurants and stores.We highly recommend this VRBO and will most definitely rent from this hostess in the future!

Perfect for our Spring Training visit!

My husband and I were in Phoenix for 2 weeks, in the Urban Desert Home. Our adult children and 2 grandchildren came for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The home met our needs and was central to the baseball games we attended. The backyard space is great. We loved having coffee out there in the mornings!

Best spot to stay

We rented this house for a birthday celebration. The house was perfect! It was extremely clean. The game room was a plus. The host was exceptional with communication and accomedations.

Cute house and accommodating host

We had a great time hosting a murder mystery party here! Martha was very accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean. The bathroom didn’t have any towels set up, and there were no paper towels in the kitchen, but it was easy enough to supply our own and we didn’t feel the need to reach out to the host about it.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable and a true oasis. The pool table gave us a fun way to end our days of sightseeing. This property is perfect for a family vacation and the host was wonderful.

An Unexpected Gem

Enjoyed our brief stay in Phoenix and were pleasantly surprised at the little gem that this Urban Desert Home turned out to be! It was clean, spacious, and up-to-date. My adult kids were excited to find the pool table and games. We were also grateful for the spacious bedroom accommodations with remote control lighting and fans. Will definitely be back!
