1 - Beach Club At Pass-A-Grille


Ce condo rez de chaussée se trouve directement en face de la belle plages primées de St. Pete Beach. Ici, les plages sont désertes et paisible, avec du sable blanc sucré et de l'eau calme du Golfe chaud. Étape juste à la porte d'entrée, et vous êtes sur le sable en quelques secondes.

L'ensemble du condo a été rénové et complètement mis à jour avec une belle tuile et plancher de bois, comptoir de granite, appareils en acier inoxydable, et de nouveaux meubles. La grande chambre des maîtres privée dispose d'un nouveau incroyablement confortable, lit Queen, Tempurpedic, et la deuxième chambre pour les invités supplémentaires avec un style "Murphy" lit pleine grandeur confortable qui peut être replié pour l'espace supplémentaire. Le salon et patio privé de Golfe-face donnent une vue magnifique sur l'eau et le coucher du soleil sur le Golfe, et le grand canapé est assez généreusement grand pour une sieste après une longue journée sur la plage.

Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour asseoir dehors et profiter des brises chaudes du Golfe sur votre terrasse, pour profiter de votre café du matin ou tout simplement regarder les gens.

La piscine est située juste devant l'arrière de l'appartement, avec un accès facile et sortir. Avec seulement huit condos dans le bâtiment, la piscine est jamais bondée, et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et bronzer.

Comprend un grand téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon, TV dans les chambres, WiFi haut débit, télévision par câble et stéréo. Tous les draps, serviettes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, et quelques goodies de plage sont fournis. Il n'y a pas une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo, mais une laverie automatique locale est à environ 5 minutes en voiture.

Downtown Pass-A-Grille est juste autour du coin avec quelques-uns des meilleurs restaurants, cafés et salons de crème glacée dans la région de Tampa Bay. C'est la Floride en vacances comme il se doit!

The beach was visible from the kitchen! We loved our stay. The property was super clean, cozy, well decorated, had all the essentials PLUS more. The location was literally in the middle of Pass-A-Grille. Walk everywhere. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE SIDEWALK ACROSS THE STREET ALL THE WAY AS SOUTH AS YOU CAN GO. THE BEACH THERE HAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE SHELLS! They’re huge! We’ve never been able to find shells like these! Skip the “Shell Key” ferry and just walk 5 minutes from this magnificent condo and you’ll get amazing shells! Walk across the street to an uncrowded beach and make sure to watch the sunset from the patio. We will definitely be returning. This was the perfect spot. Thank you!

This is the third unit we've rented in this building. The place was nest and tidy but certainly not clean. The kitchen was furnished the bare essentials which met our needs. What you're paying for is the proximity to the beach and this unit couldn't be closer. The furniture was comfortable and it was nice having a second queen bed. Wifi was worthless and no washer and dryer was not ideal. We would rent this unit again only if others were not available.

The place was great! Excellent location steps away from the beach, with the good restaurants within a short walking distance. Downtown was a short drive with plenty of excellent dining choices and shops The unit was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. No laundry facilities unfortunately, but we were only there a few days so it wasn't that big a deal. Our only issue was with the ceiling fans. There were no instructions on how to turn them or the overhead lights on/off, so we were left scratching our heads over several wall switches that appeared to serve no purpose. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the unit to our friends. It was our first time visiting Pass-A-Grill/St. Pete Beach and we loved it! We definitely will be back!

I have stayed here 3 times and love it! The location is perfect for me! We had some issues this time while we were there, and our calls were answered, and things were taken care of in a timely manner. Already planning return trips for this fall and winter.

The rental was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street, fairly easy access, the beach was clean and the Gulf water wonderful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The only issue was the faulty internet, they even came out and rewired and restarted it but I notified the host so they could work on it before the next guests. The host was available and pleasant to deal with. Was a nice, restful stay. Would definitely stay again

Very clean well equipped unit in a terrific location, comfortable beds, easy to get in and out, adequate parking. Only downsides are lack of a dining table (has breakfast counter with high chairs not very comfortable for older crowd), low soft sofa seating otherwise, and ceiling fan lights in both living room and master bed were burned out so was dark in the evening (we flagged this to management on leaving).

Sunset Gem

You can’t ask for a better location for watching the west Florida sunset. The condo is so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. My family and I really enjoyed spending time together there.
