Old Hawaiian Charm, spacieux trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison en bord de mer. Ce joyau est situé sur un grand terrain d'un demi-acre sur Papailoa Road, l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs de la Côte-Nord. Cette maison fermée comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon spacieux et deux salles de bains complètes.

Trois chambres peuvent accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une vue sur l'océan. Les deux chambres d'hôtes ont deux lits jumeaux. La salle à manger mène à une grande véranda en séquoia où les clients peuvent profiter de couchers de soleil spectaculaires et d'une vue magnifique sur Laniakea Surf.

The beach is the luxury item here...we saw so much SEALIFE right outside our back door!! The house comfortably fit our family. This time of yr is busy busy so expext traffic in and out of the neighborhood.

Easy pick up of keys friedly communication with property manager. House is dated but in fair condition, Outdoor table, umbrella stand and chair were broken and black mold visible inside of house.

We absolutely loved our time here! The location is fantastic, and the property is exactly as pictured—no surprises. The real highlight is the incredible view; it's truly breathtaking and we spent so much time just enjoying it.The home is comfortable and cozy. As the pictures show, it's not a luxury rental, but that was perfectly clear and absolutely fine with us. It was exactly what we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing views! Nice home. Didn’t have any issues with anything. They pretty much have everything you need. We loved our stay (one week). I would probably just get a new cleaning crew. I used to own a cleaning company and those showers just need a real good cleaner, windows and door rails also need a good cleaning but other than that no complains. Would definitely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE!!

We LOVED our stay at this beach house. Location, location, location!! The views, the easy beach access, the privacy, the convenience of being close to Haleiwa and to a well-stocked grocery store in the other direction...And did I mention the absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom?We even had visits on the beach by sea turtles and also could often see them swimming just off shore.The house itself was spacious enough for the 6 adults in our group, and while it may be lacking some modern updates it was very comfortable and well equipped. (Well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.) The lack of air conditioning was not an issue at all - between the ocean breezes and the many fans that were provided we were quite comfortable. The house is located on a quiet street off the main, busy road and we had no noise or safety concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kai! And did I mention the incredible views?

Excellent location on North Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is beachfront a couple minutes north of Haleiwa. The beach it sits on is very private with very few other people except folks with homes on the same street which is what we like. The house is a bit dated but has a funky, old school charm - it was clean and provided all amenities we needed for our stay. We had a lot of fun here and was a great location to explore the rest of the north shore. We stayed for Halloween and trick or treated in Waialua and were blown away by how the whole neighborhood participated, kids and adults alike. We also spent time at three tables beach near sharks cove and Waimea beach. Good value for 5-6 people and the sunsets were some of the best we've witnessed.

Paradise

I can’t even begin to list all of the beautiful memories our family made during our 2-week stay at Hale Kai. The house was clean, ideally located on a beautiful stretch of beach, private and comfortable. We highly recommend checking out all of the delicious pastries at PaaLaa Kai Bakery in Waialua, any burger at Seven Brother’s Burgers and breakfast bombers at Kono’s in Hale’iwa. For excursions, we highly recommend locally owned and operated Haleiwa’s Shark Tours and any extracurricular activity at Kualoa Ranch. We’ll be back! Mahalo!

Family vacation

Place was just like the pictures showed. Steps lead down to beach but it is rocky however just a few houses down either direction makes for good beach areas. Not crowded at all. We went in the water every day. Was so convenient. Not a lot of air flow in the 2 kids bedrooms but the master was good. Kids ended up sleeping in the living room and kept all their stuff in the bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect location to stay on the Notth shoreside . There were a few things not listed that I wish we would have known . The house does not have AC. It was very warm during the day and at night we had to sleep with all windows and door wide open . We also purchased more fans for the bedrooms and that help keep it cool in the evenings. There is access to get down by the water but it was completed blocked off and washed away after a couple of hours we cleared the steps and were able to get down to the water but there isn’t a beach right when you come down your steps a short walk down before you have beach access . Because of the windows and doors being open there were a lot of bugs . We had to makes sure no food was left out overnight or they would be all over the counter . The house has a perfect view on the ocean and we watched see turtles from the kitchen most of the time we were there . I don’t think we would stay again just because no ac was a deal breaker for my family .

Perfect family gathering

My sons and partners enjoyed easy beach and surf access, cooking meals together, relaxing in the beautiful communal areas and yard. Lovely place!

Beautiful Beach/Ocean View; House needs a serious revamp

Positives - Beach/ocean view & access was excellent; water pressure very good; all appliances/tvs were relatively new & great working order. Large front yard; good size deck (in good order); great access to the ocean front. Close to North Shore attractions. Improvements needed - the pictures in VRBO do not reflect the state of dilapidation of this property. If you are crashing in order to surf etc - it is fine; but it is not particularly clean; is in disrepair; and pretty depressing to stay in this abode. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each; 1 king (lumpy). Threadbare floors; bathrooms need major upgrade. For the price, we expected more - with exception of view.

The beach was wide, the waves were wonderfully noisy, only a few walkers.LOCATION: The location is perfect. Right off the highway going in to Haleiwa and north to Turtle Bay and points on around the island, and the highway going to Honolulu and sights beyond.GOOD SHAPE: As always, the house is perfect. We don't need the glitz and fancy stuff for a stay on the beach. We tend to spend a lot of time at the house, and we are very comfortable with all the amenities. (Personally, the master bedroom mattress is in need of replacement, just sayin') There were many fans that help keep the air moving when it got a little warm at night.MANAGEMENT STAFF: Wonderful. Someone even came out to the house to help with the TV and internet hookups that had been messed up! I requested an ironing board and it was delivered promptly!Last year our son and his family of four spent the week with us at Hale Kai, and there was plenty of room for six people.
