A host answered questions quickly although both numbers i called for the property each person said they were noth in charge of it. All in all the BNB was a disappointment, it was Dirty, dusty, one of the bathroom the shower knob was broken and had very little water some of the pillows were dirty and broken. The ceiling Fans and AC units were very dirty. The outdoor was also in very poor Conditions with trash laying around and the neighborhood it was located in was sketchy. The downstairs neighbors were very noisy throughout the night wich also didnt help make the stay enjoyable.Not worth the price both due to the area and the conditions of the BNB

Inside the house was great! Everithing clean and beautiful. Just a little concern about the exteriors and the entrance. Need more cleaning and presentation . The price was high.for one nigth I think was expensive. Theres no parking space one way street.

Never could contact the host for the code to the self-check in so I could never stay in the property! Then I look to the reviews and all of them were terrible, I’m really disappointed on how a big company like Expedia could have this type of irresponsible people.

Horrific location and property

This property should never be listed on your website. It was horrible. The location the smell the neighborhood. It dark dingy and very disgusting nasty. I didn’t even check in after viewing the property from the outside. I had to go spend more money to find another property location, so therefore I had to spend double money and my vacation was limited due to spending more funds that was not in my budget.

Do not choose this property

they changed the date of my stay at the last minute
.just randomly moved the date two days because of “significant renovations”. when i tried to contact the host to tell them i wanted to cancel, they were completely uncommunicative and never returned my money. - I would not suggest booking this property.

Worst stay ever

Well the place looked clean and smelled clean upon arrival. The sheets weren’t washed properly and there is a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We had no internet the whole stay we had to go elsewhere to get any internet. This is false representation. Also, the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all. At first, he was very expedient to reply to us on how to get into the place. When we started telling him about our complaints number one the internet he kept saying he put a ticket in or he couldn’t get anyone out to look at it on Sunday. On Monday we got no response back from him, no follow up call to see was the problem resolved. He acted like he was too busy to be worried about us and isn’t care actually. Then he said he would give a partial refund for our inconvenience and I have it documented on vebo. Then he said the refund was basically contingent upon us leaving a decent review. This isn’t right he was misleading and non communicative. We were owed that refund but he said only if we leave a decent review. I couldn’t let anyone else get this place without knowing who and what they were dealing with. I loved Puerto Rico but this was the worst place I stayed at while on vacation

Really bad rental

We booked our stay for 6 days and there was no information about how to access the property. Water pressure in the unit was awful, the toilet didn't flush properly, and water from sinks and showers hardly came out. Additionally, the internet only worked for one day. We contacted the owner to have this fixed and never resolved it.Pillows and bed covers looked like they had never been properly washed, they had a weird smell and stains. Just a day after leaving, the owner puts a claim on our rental saying we did property damage to the following items: 1.trash, 2.glass, 3. Plumbing. Not sure what he is trying to do here, but as mentioned before, this rental has already had plumbing issues since we got the place, and there was no glass damage. The trash we had bagged up on one corner of the property just had to be taken out since we were never told where exactly the trash was supposed to be left or the location to be thrown out. I tried calling the owner to discuss this matter, but he never picked up the phone. This was clearly a scam, and he's trying to get money out of us. I hope this review helps anyone interested in this location to think about it twice when deciding to book this property.

A nice tuck away local family neighborhood

The house was nicely tucked away in a small and local neighborhood. The only problem about this is that the street was dark (due to a light post being down) and parking was very tight. Neighborhood people were friendly. Got a little noisy with dogs barking but it only lasted for the first day while they got used to us.
