Master bedroom with a Queen, two night stands with lamps, full bureau with drawers and wall mirror.
Closet with two glass mirror doors along with hangers. Chair and a desk area. New Inverter Air-conditioner
2nd bedroom with two level beds lower full, upper twin. Full closet. New Inverter Air-conditioner. LED 45” Smart TV, with loaded apps (guests must use their own account for access).
Living room with a full size new modern pull out sofa bed. Tables, lamps, boards games, books, wall art work along with WIFI and Internet, LED 45” Smart TV with Netflix .
Large glass dining room set seats 6 guests.
Modern wall to wall fully equipped kitchen and center island. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, large stove large refrigerator.
Kitchen Cabinets full of spices, salt, pepper along with dishes utensils and pots and pans.
Updated bathroom with wall to wall tides. Glass shower door/shelves with hair blower, first aid kit along with amenities.
Mirror receiving room entrance.
Accommodates 6 up to 7 guests. Depending.

Very clean, all in good repair. The big bed was very comfortable! The bunk bed a bit squeaky, but safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, lots of coquí at night and roosters in the morning.

We stayed here for a quick overnight before flying out. The house was as described. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, and my son and I enjoyed a late evening walk to find some food at a nearby bar. The price was right, and it easily accommodated our family of four. Better than being crammed in a hotel room.

I stood at the main part of the house and it was a well maintained and cozy place, the hostess 'Iris' was very helpful and accommodating.

Great location and house

Easy to find and great to stay in. Perfect for our needs in the San Juan area. Even during a blackout everything went well with the house batteries, it was very comfortable.

The Host Iris, was awesome! The home was very clean and welcoming. Iris communicated with me every step and offered helpful advice and tips during my stay. I would absolutely rent again.
