Ten minutes from Plaza las Americas Mall and Mall of San Juan. Five minutes from San Patricio Plaza, Caribbean Cinemas, Plaza Guaynabo and Costco. Close to great restaurants to eat good meat, pasta, tacos, ice cream, gelatos or taste a delicious wine. More than 4 bakeries for a good breakfast. One minute from Fine Arts. The house is 20 minutes from Fast wifi, convenient parking.

Excellent location

Very good location in the metro area. Everything was good. Disliked the black mold on the back room but I understand is the condensation of the a/c in the walls.

Small and cozy, most everything worked well with a few minor issues like bathroom sink slow to drain, no place to hang towels, washer leaking a bit. Overall, a functional place to stay in Guaynabo area that is well priced.

Convenient stay in Guaynabo

Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property.

Nice quiet area

Had a wonderful time. We used the house just to sleep in while we traveled the island. But th location was close to the highway and from local businesses and dinning. We were within 5 min from all 3. I would recommend to anyone. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to any issue's i had. Amazing service from him. A.

This apartment need a number to find. Not number anywhere. Now need some improvements finished a closet and correct the shower head.

great area nice and safe,

I loved our stay, it was very home like environment, the house was so nice, they are located close to old san juan and other areas of convenient location. We would come back again. changes needed for quest tv in Spanish did not know how to change it to English. need coffee, creamer, and more amenities for quest.

Nice Owner

This is an attachment apartment that you have to walk up a step Brick pad to get to. Oh house is located only 15 minutes from the beach. Host was great I asked for suggestions on good Puerto Rican restaurants nearby and he message them to me. Host sent out Check out instructions a little late because we had already left for our plane by the time I got the instructions.

Decent!!

Because the property was relatively inexpensive there were some cut costs features (the furniture and bathroom) which were not as impressive and was the only downside. Located in the city, it’s an easy reach to a lot of places though that can become very expensive quickly unless you have personal transportation. The property was quite clean. Most essentials were provided. And Cesar was really helpful and responded to questions and concerns very quickly.

Not an enjoyable experience

Upon arrival, there were no wash cloths or paper towels . We were left with 1 trash bag to collect and accumulate trash all weekend Friday - Tuesday. The last night someone enter the property without my knowledge and I was undressed so it scared me and I was very uncomfortable.

Terrible bathroom

There is no trash or mats in the bathroom. The shower floods and water goes everywhere, including kitchen. Loud noises until late at night and the walk path to the house is very muddy

For starters upon arriving at the home my daughter noticed a puddle in one of the bedrooms. We immediately chatted with the host. The host was not very good with responding.Over an hour later, my family left and stood in hotel. As my daughter was leaving a man approached her and said he was the owner and if there was a problem. My daughter told him we were chatting with the host and asked if he was aware - he said no. My daughter told him about the puddle in the room and the AC unit not working. He entered the room and saw the puddle for himself and how far down the room it went. About another hour after we left the property, he wrote back and said it wasn't a puddle and that the wet area had been cleaned. At this point it didn't matter since we were checking into a hotel and already paid almost 300.00 for the night. The following day we realized that the owner and host are the same person since we now had a new issue. That issue was the shower. First there was absolutely no hot water and second while the shower had two heads the main one above didn't word and we had to use the handheld head. Again the owner/host took over an hour to respond. Day 3 we realized there was no hot water because the heater was off so we turned it on. On day 3 I woke up to more water on the floor in the same bedroom. Day 4 power went out for hours, the property has solar that never kicked in.Additional details will follow with pictures via email

Reason for my review. Are a few things the place inside is exactly as portrayed i enjoyed it but first thing there is no staircase so dont bring white shoes because your walking on wet mud to get to the front door. Second the owners thought they were slick but they enter the house when you leave and dont tell you. I found a window open when we got back . Also they took the air conditioner remote thinking i wouldnt notice all these things. Everyday they were entering i saw. By the way you cant use the ac without the remote. I was smart enough to know their was a second one up the stairs. The toilet does clog constantly and also all of power outages in this house only so dont be scared. After knowing my privacy was invaded i would never stay here or recommend to anyone . You dont know what things are done with your belongings and what goes on inside when your not around. Because they wont tell you they are entering or anything . Wasnt like they cleaned the place.
