New Built - Clean - Comfort

This new stylish townhouse is the perfect stay for group trips. With 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2 1/2 baths, fully fenced with an outdoor fire pit and BBQ, you are minutes away from all the best biking, hiking, skiing, and wineries around. Experience Grand Junction's finest, with a cozy backyard and stunning city views conveniently located to all the attractions that the city has to offer. Only a few minutes from downtown, Colorado River, shopping, summer concerts, restaurants, and breweries.
The space
The townhome features an open space living room and kitchen, a primary bedroom, with a suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, an entertainment/office, and a full bathroom. The primary room and one bedroom upstairs have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and the entertainment room has a futon. Plenty of room for everyone.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself. We have an attached garage for your bikes, kayaks, skis, fishing pole, or other small items to store. We do not allow vehicle parking in the garage. There are two parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage. We offer a keyless entry with a secure access code for your stay.
Other things to note
We take great care in making sure our guest have everything they need for their stay. Our home is fully stocked with all the essentials. there is an additional refrigerator in the garage; you are welcome to use it. If there's something you need, we do our best to make sure you have it. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The properly was very new feeling,clean and well appointed with everything you need. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The location is great for those spending time in grand junction or nearby palisade. The neighborhood is in a good area and easy access to al sorts of Colorado adventures!

lovely comfortable house in quiet neighborhood

Lovely house with lots of rooms to spread out, seemed very new. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, towels were plentiful & soft. Small snacks of local chocolates were a hit. We were able to stream a few of the TV apps without using our own logins which was nice.

Easily the cleanest and nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Kitchen, grill, bedrooms, bathrooms, washing machine all top notch. Having a super clean garage for gear was a bonus. Neighborhood was safe, secure and quiet. Should be coming back to Grand Junction next year. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Very comfortable

Easy access, very comfortable, beds were not too hard. Nothing missing. Probably the best stocked VRBO we've stayed in. Have family we visit in GJ and would be very happy to stay here again.

Best Colorado get away

This must be the place... an understatement! This IS, THE PLACE!!! The property, ideally located near the Palisade wineries and Grand Junction , CO. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Thank you for sharing this lovely property. We'll definitely come back!

Great location and home layout

Was the perfect first floor layout for us - we didn’t use the bedrooms or full bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen and living room were great and loved the bedroom, bathroom, laundry room layout. We parked our rental motorcycle in the garage overnight and our rental car in the driveway. Everything was comfortable and Rometta was very prompt with all communication.

This house is beautiful, well-appointed, nicely decorated, and the owner has thoughtfully provided some nice little touches to make the place just that much more homey. It is extremely clean, high end appliances and everything looks brand new. We had one question about help with the TV and got an immediate response. Would happily rent any time I’m in the area.

I chose this new neighborhood because it had a good feeling and it was quiet and enjoyable to live in, and not far from downtown. Also, it is very close to the Colorado River Trail Park where we spend a lot of our time when we are there.

This property has a great feeling of cleanliness and has an open floor plan that makes you feel at home as soon as you come in. It is in a quiet neighborhood and it has great views from the upstairs windows. The townhome has everything you might need for a short or a long stay.
