The garage is locked and unavailable for guest access, the rest of the house and property are available for full use. There is parking for three cars in the driveway and street parking is allowed. If you need more parking, you are likely looking at the wrong property.

This is a house to be enjoyed but is not a party house! Only the people listed on the reservation are the guests that are welcome at the house. Guests who disregard this rule will be subject to a $700 fine and immediate eviction. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.
