Situated in an ideal Miami location, this duplex is a 30-minute drive from Miami Beach, Port of Miami, and the vibrant Wynwood area. With Miami International Airport only 25 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport 50 minutes away, your journey to and from our duplex is effortless, thanks to our smart, keyless entry system.

Pets welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of pet number and weight required.

Packages can be held at the front desk, provided no mailbox key is needed.

Concierge services available for booking boats, chefs, massages, and more. Note: These services are provided by third parties and are not affiliated with the property owner.

★ PROVISIONS:

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A security and fraud prevention check-in procedure will be conducted.

We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
No-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10:00 PM are enforced. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the year-round tropical conditions, but be prepared for warmth, humidity, and occasional rainstorms. Despite regular pest control, local wildlife may be encountered.

Cutler Bay is in Miami-Dade County. In Cutler Bay there are a lot of parks. Many families and young professionals are in the area, due to its proximity to Miami's attractions and commerce.
