We have only good things to say about this property and its owner as well as the staff.The interior of this Miami ranch style home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, family room, formal dining room, kitchen table and chairs, and a covered patio. The WiFi is excellent and there are plenty of big screen TVs.Step outside and you will fall in love with the private expansive tropical garden that is the backyard!This garden is an acre size OASIS of TRANQUILITY! There are coconut palms, banana plants, as well as, mango and avocado trees. Look out for the family of peacocks living in the trees A vibrant variety of fragrant flowering exotics sets the stage for swimming in the bubbly oversized pool and lounging on the very private patio.

The property was perfect for our four day stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. The pool and back yard is stunning. All amenities were as published, comfortable and nice. We watched The Masters on the large screen TV on the back patio, which was wonderful. Well managed and maintained property. Centrally located to both the Keys and Miami. Also very close to restaurants and shopping. Best recommendation I can give is that I would stay there again.

What a wonderful place. This place was just like home… like grandmas home. Warm comfortable rancher. Great pool. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cooked lots of meals for my family. It was in a sense nostalgic! Living at my grandparents all over again. Would highly recommend!

Cozy home in the perfect location!

You will be happy you stayed in this cozy home. Cozy furniture and beds to sleep in and spacious living areas. The home was very clean and the backyard was massive. We enjoyed walking the yard with the fruit trees and huge banyan tree. We appreciated the communication with the owner before and during our stay as our questions were answered promptly and graciously.

Outstanding home, a gem in the center of Pinecrest

We had a wonderful stay in this property, four adults and an infant. There are slim pickings for accommodations in South Dade and that makes this option so much more attractive. Pinecrest is a unique area where most of the home lots are an acre or more. And, that is what you have here. You have a virtual soccer field in the back yard. The host has had the home in her family for decades. Highly recommend.

Quick Trip

We had just a few days in Miami and the price of two hotel rooms was outrageous so we looked at some alternatives and came cross this house. It was perfect for our needs! Although not quite warm enough to enjoy the pool, we were able to enjoy our morning coffees and breakfasts on the outdoor patio in a very relaxing environment. Pretty centrally located for our purposes and easy to get on the interstate and head into Downtown Miami. The house was clean and great for bigger parties - we were only 3 so lots of room. Hoping to go back in the warmer weather and enjoy some lazy afternoons by the pool!

PROS: This house was able to accommodate me and six other people. Great location, quiet street with privacy from the neighbors. Equipped with all the essentials. Management team was very responsive to any requests. Overall the house was clean. CONS: Dated furniture and appliances (However this was disclosed prior to booking)

Cleaner and bed broken

Upon arrival we found that one of the queen beds was completely off of its bed frame and at 2am when we arrived we were too tired to try to fix it. One family member slept on the couch. Next morning woke up to take showers and there was hardly any hot water at all. Hot water pressure was a trickle so we all had to take cold showers during our stay. Then we noticed hair and bugs in all showers as if they weren't even cleaned. We then had to clean the bathrooms before we bathed the children. I contacted the property owner and they said they were sending someone out to fix the bed. No one ever came so I had to fix the bed my self. Very disappointed in the house.
