A pet friendly, second floor condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths located in the Five Points Community. The condo includes a primary bedroom and bath and a guest bedroom that shares a hall bathroom. The kitchen, dining area and living room open and include plenty of space to relax! You will enjoy the summer nights on the screen porch. Pet friendly with a $225 non- refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only-1 dog max. Breed restrictions- No dangerous breeds accepted. Dangerous breeds include- Boxer, American Bulldogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, Huskies, Doberman Pinchers, Chow Chow, Rottweilers.
The Village of Five Points is located EAST of Route-1 and has great amenities that include; 2 swimming pools, 8 tennis courts, 2-mile paved walking/ biking trail and community center. The new trail bike path runs right next to the community and can easily be reached from the existing walking/ bike path. The new path leads directly to downtown Lewes. It is the ONLY community in Delaware that also has a thriving commercial area that includes; numerous restaurants, an Italian bakery, hair salon, grocery store, bank and CVS.
With public transportation service available onsite, you can reach local beaches, towns, shopping and dining, all without getting in your car. Lewes Beach, Cape May- Lewes Ferry, and Cape Henlopen State Park are all within a 5 minute drive and a very close drive to Rehoboth Beach! Parking on site for 2 cars.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $167.50.
Booking Restrictions-
2 night booking minimum.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome âSpecial Eventâ rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for âSpecial Eventâ rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
