Located within walking distance of Rehoboth Bay, this serene, three-story townhouse is ready to be your next home-away-from-home in Delaware's most visited city! Enjoy the sounds of native birds along with views of the mature trees on the adjacent conservation land from your furnished deck, all just five miles from the Rehoboth Boardwalk and seven miles from the beaches at Cape Henlopen State Park. On the middle level of this three-bedroom retreat, you'll find a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating, a nearby breakfast nook for casual meals or rainy day board games, an elegant dining area illuminated by a sparkling chandelier, and an inviting front living area with an electric fireplace, TV, and large sectional. Just off this space, there's a convenient wet bar with a minifridge ideal for entertaining. You'll also find a small balcony off the kitchen as well as an expansive, screened deck at the rear. Close by, you and your guests are welcome to take advantage of various resort amenities including an outdoor pool, sports courts, and a fitness center, or just indulge in pleasant walks through the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great house, location and complex with amenities. Plenty of places to chill out and relax. The host was incredibly responsive and replaced the coffee maker within hours after we had reported it stopped working. The community pool was lovely (except for select complex residents were rude). Would definitely recommend booking as we would stay here again.

The good:Screen deck was very nice.Good supply of towels and washcloths.Layout nice.Kitchen appliances good, but dishwasher noisy.Nice dual coffee maker.The not good:Carpets were filthy.Some lightbulbs were too dim for the room.Fan in master not working?Steak knives dull.Dining room table chairs too short for the table.

Beautiful home, great location

Beautifully decorated home, great location with travel to Lewes or Rehoboth beaches. Pool area is immaculate, quiet and peaceful to enjoy. Pool manager Robert was lovely! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property - we found it clean, spacious, close to the beach and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. The owner was extremely helpful when we reached out (we needed help figuring out the gate fob) and the house was comfortably furnished and supplied. We very much appreciated the kitchen pots/pans/trays etc - we stayed over thanksgiving and it made cooking so much easier (we’ve stayed in past rentals that didn’t even have pots). Overall this is one of the best rentals we have stayed in and would 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house was ready much earlier than originally anticipated and although we had a tough time getting the front door open initially due to a an issue with the door itself, someone was able to talk us through the issue over the phone relatively quickly! If we had stayed in season, the pool area would have been wonderful as is the workout area. We walked our dogs through the beautiful neighborhood every day and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great week here. The bedding and towels are provided which is a nice bonus and there were plenty of supplies given to at least get you started…paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation. Thank you for a great week!
