Fantastic House & Perfect Location

Checkin process was easy and the house was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well kept. Beds were comfortable and there were TVs in all the bedrooms which was a plus. Location was nice in the neighborhood, near the pool and pickleball courts. The house was super close to everything we did in Branson. We’ll be booking this house again this summer! Easy checkout and communication with property manger had quick replies.

Yearly friends getaway

This property was awesome. Especially for our group. We make a yearly group getaway close to Christmas in Branson and this year we chose this property. There were about 13 of us and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic that we didn't have to share. We enjoyed everything about this property from hot tub, indoor pool, pickleball court and the beautiful home. We will stay here again!

Came for a Conference

A group of us traveled from Minnesota and were welcomed late in the evening with a easy to enter, clean house, felt like home immediately. We were up early and home late, but always felt welcome by the neighborhood and the house. We each had our own room with bathroom. Accommodations were fantastic. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great for family get together

The property met our needs. We had plenty of room and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only complaint was that there are several coffee makers present but 2 are broke and one takes an extremely long time to make a pot of coffee. This property needs to invest in a nice coffee maker and more kitchen towels/washcloths.

Absolutely perfect!

We rented Latitude Adjustment to celebrate my 70th birthday with my 14 family members for the weekend and it was PERFECT. The house is beautiful, large and perfect for our family. Family Fun

This property was everything it advertised, we loved staying here. I have a few suggestions to make it even better. Scissors in the kitchen would be great, making sure the place was equipped with towels, washcloths, trash bags and paper towels for as long as the stay (when we called to get more of anything they were very good about getting it to us) we also bought and hung a curtain with command strips on the front door to give more privacy and it helped keep it cool in the front rooms. I would definitely recommend making that more permanent. I loved our stay, just some ideas.

Branson at Thanksgiving

House was adequate but had some shortcomings. Only light in bedrooms was a small ceiling fan light, no nightstand lights or anything else. While the kitchen and dining room had adequate seating the table only sat six for a six bedroom home. No instructions on how to use the tvs and what services were available. If you have a large group like we did, it was adequate.

It was nice, but the its the little things

This was a really nice house, but hard to find and there were a lot of minor issues. Nothing major, but some things like no towel racks, no place to deposit trash, bedroom a/c vents closed, TV's not setup in all bedrooms, construction starting at 6:30AM and so forth were a little annoying. It will probably be a great place when the complex is finished, but the attention to fine detail was lacking.

Needs help !

Only thing i can say is, you need dish rags and dish towells in your kitchen. Only one dish towell and no dish rags at all. Could be cleaner than it was. I moved one of the couches and oh my, that was horrible dirty . Dont think anyone has swept under there in a long, long time ! All of the rhrow rugs on the floor are horrible and need replaced, also. Dont imagine we will ever stay there again. Way to many homes and way to many people in one spot !

Lovely property, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Home was so clean, with beautiful and calming decor, and was well equipped with basic items (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, a few rolls of TP in each bathroom, fans in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms, hairdryers in every bathroom). The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of pillows, towels, blankets. AC worked great. Neighborhood was nice, and quiet at night. The view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful! This property is only a couple houses down from the outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and playground (from the front door). The indoor pool is right across the street from the back door. Having our own hot tub was lovely. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and a propane fire pit table as well as a grill and a blackstone on the back porch. On our first night, the lights and fan in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. We called the number we were given, and someone came to fix the issue within 30 minutes, on a Sunday evening. We were impressed with the quick response. We had a great stay, and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Location

Overall, we had a great stay. We loved the hot tub and the pool and the pickleball courts (and that we had the best location in the subdivision for access to all of them). We also really appreciated the free tickets. We took the family to Wild World and enjoyed it very much. There are a few items that could use maintenance. Our bed was actually broken. I thought the mattress was just terrible, but when I looked for something I dropped (after two nights of sinking into the center of the mattress) and looked under the bed, I saw three of the support poles lying on the floor. Two others were sideways. We took off the mattress and fixed it. Slept much better after that. The unit was clean...but the floors left our feet and socks black...so maybe not THAT clean. The grill worked, but it has some broken parts, and we did use and enjoy the hot tub very much, but it could not be latched down because the latches were broken. With a group of 12, we needed more paper towels and more garbage bags, but those were brought out to us quickly when I messaged them. Finally, the short walk to the lake was a disappointment. It is quick walk downhill to a grubby little bit of dirt with random fishing wire that we had to watch out for...not a trail really.

Should’ve been better stay for cost

The house is beautiful! I specifically made sure we had hot tub & clarified when Thousand Hills (Dan) called to confirm. Well the hot tub didn’t work! Communicate with Property Manager & was told maintenance would be out. They didnt show up until the next day, which was Christmas, out last day there. They worked on it & then left & didn’t communicate anything to us! I then called back to be told they had to order the piece that was broken. A neighbor of ours told us their hot tub & was on & ready for use when they checked in. I can say we did get a refund for hot tub of 60. Which didn’t make it better. No lamps anywhere in the house. One bedroom did not have a tv. Crazy. Not enough pots & pans, paper towels, just bare minimum. The bed I slept in was slumped in on both sides. It felt like I was in a sink hole. The pullout bed had food crumbs, a pocket knife & toy under it. Pillows had stains on them. Not enough towels. This was a very mediocre stay compared to the last 3 years I’ve visited during Christmas. Definitely not in my top 5, & I’ve been going to Branson over 15years. Peppery Manager was very nice. Customer service was very apologetic & nice, not sure if I’d stay here again.

The delayed maintenance visit and lack of clear communication only added to your frustration, and we sincerely apologize. While the partial refund was meant as a gesture, we understand it didn’t make up for the inconvenience caused. Beyond the hot tub, the lack of basic essentials like lamps, cookware, and towels, along with the condition of the beds, pullout sofa, and cleanliness, is deeply concerning. These are fundamental to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we regret that they fell short. It’s especially disappointing to hear this stay didn’t compare to your previous Christmas visits or match the high standards you’ve experienced during your many years visiting Branson. Your honest feedback is invaluable, and we’ve already shared your concerns with our team to ensure these issues are addressed. We want to provide the kind of memorable and relaxing experience our guests deserve, and we deeply regret that we missed the mark during your visit. While we understand your hesitations, we’d love the opportunity to earn back your trust and provide you with a much better experience in the future. Great Stay

This place was perfect location, right across from the pool, and a perfect home for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the stay. If there was any issues, the company was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Great for a Family Reunion

My 4 brothers and sisters got together to celebrate my brother's retirement. Loved that there was seating for 9 of us in living room and the Shuffleboard under the T.V. The hot tub was nice...still lots of construction around so there is a lot of dust on outside grill, furniture, etc. Plenty of dishes and silverware for 9 people but they didn't have a full size skillet or soup pot to cook in. We used the outside gridle for pancakes, and grilled steaks on the BBQ grill. Only about 15 minutes from shows and Downtown Branson. This house would be great once all the construction is done because you will have the outdoor swimming pool right outside the front door and the indoor swimming pool right outside the back door. Beds were all comfortable and the first floor bedrooms were great for my family with mobility issues.

Great Family Vacation

The property was very clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Check in was easy. The only thing that was unpleasant was the construction on other houses that are being built. The noise would wake us up.

Great Property

The house was great for our family, the little kids loved the pool and we could spread out. Lots of room, very clean. Had a little problem with a bed which was handled quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend this property!
