This property was fantastic. Close to the beach and a large community pool and hot tub area. The private pool was great as well. The house was fully stocked with pretty much everything you need when you’re away from home. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We booked this home as an 80th birthday celebration for my wife. The house is amazing and the private pool was perfect for us. Our puppy loved taking walks in the neighborhood and we met other dog walkers on the way to visit with. Due to its perfect location—the gated community is across the street from the beach—we would love to return. Hopefully to write another great review.

Love love love this house!! The property management is amazing and constantly stayed in touch with us to ensure we were happy and secure:-). Even when we left a few items behind they continued to keep us updated on trying to obtain the items. I totally recommend this home and the neighborhood views and HOA amenities are top notch. Walk to the beach is 5 min and just a lovely accommodation overall. 10/10

Clean home that was better this year than last year, and last year was awesome!! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as accommodating as the host. Would highly recommend this for its location and all it’s amenities.

The house was beautiful. Our exceptions were the lack of dishwasher pods and toilet paper/paper towels, as well as the grill. What a small thing it would be to provide an extra roll of toilet paper and a dishwasher pod for each day! Instead, we were told we had to purchase extra items- can we possibly buy 2 more pods and 1 more roll of toilet paper?? As for the grill- it’s actually a non-functioning propane grill that you are expected to put charcoal into. It doesn’t work well. Either replace the broken gas grill with a new charcoal grill or a propane grill. These are small items- would be so easy to change this from a 4-star to a 5-star!

Family Vacation 2025

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The beach is just across the street from the gates neighborhood, and we could walk to it in 10 minutes, but we preferred driving our golf cart. My family also loved the pool at Catch of the Day. We definitely plan to return!

A Peaceful Piece of Paradise in Destin

This 3 bedroom house was more than expected and every bit of what was destined! It’s only a 5 minute walk from the Beach, surrounded by nice Cafes and Restaurants, as well as close to the Outlets. My family and I greatly enjoyed and are planning a return trip!

Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. The walk to the beach was a good ten minutes so not too far. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Not sure if something had happened during the week before we arrived but the code for the gate was wrong. We came in on a Saturday night it was hard to get a hold of someone for the correct code. We only were able to get past the gate because someone behind us entered their code. I called about the pool needing to be cleaned and they came the next day without any message stating they were coming to do it. Communication just needs to be a little better. Location was awesome.

LOVED THIS HOUSE!

Absolutely LOVED this house, & the neighborhood it was in!!! Everyone was very friendly, you feel very safe, & the host were very responsive to any questions we had. It was too cold to swim, so we took advantage of the hot tub up @ the clubhouse, which is also very close to the home. The home is also very clean & the beach was super close to walk or drive to. I would definitely like to stay here again. The beaches were also so gorgeous, with white sands & blue water. Hoping to be back sooner than later!

Perfect Location!

We had a great time during our stay! I think the location really sealed the deal for us as it was so close to everything and a short distance to the beach. The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and the dishwasher not functioning properly but the property manager was able to send people out on two occasions to sort that out. I’m not sure the sink was totally resolved but hopefully it was fixed fully after we left! The beds were comfortable and the size of the pool was perfect for our kids. I would definitely stay again because we really enjoyed our experience.

We have stayed in Destiny West neighborhood for the past 3 years (in different properties), we love the location so much. It’s within walking distance to the beach & several restaurants. Upon entering Catch of The Day, we both noticed how clean it was - it smells amazing. The host certainly takes pride in the property. We had originally planned to travel with a service dog, but ended up not bringing him. There is a small backyard area for pets though. The pool was the perfect size for floating and enjoying the Florida sun. There were lots of board games available, so if traveling with the family, there’s plenty to keep you occupied. The neighborhood pool, yacht club and gym are awesome - very convenient and just a quick walk from the property. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!
