Two bedrooms with their own en-suite baths. Gourmet kitchen with all essentials, washer and dryer. Two free parking spaces at door. Amazing bath amenities. Our famous LSU stadium is only 10 minutes away. We also have L’auberge Casino about 15 minutes away. Metro Airport only 20 minutes away. There is so much to do in this very inviting area of Baton Rouge!.

Brenda's place was perfect for our stay during LSU graduation weekend. She provided a welcoming space for me and my family. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own bathroom came in handy for several girls trying to get ready each morning. Despite the location being on a super busy street, the townhouses are tucked behind a business and fencing - making it surprisingly quiet. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay!

My host was phenomenal. She always checked to make sure I was comfortable. Great location and love the townhouse. Definitely will stay again if needed.

Great Stay!

Property was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Very comfy beds. Safe location and easy to get to the LSU campus. Owner was prompt with responding (we got lost...our fault) and very helpful. Will stay there again should we go back.

Wonderful little location! We enjoyed the nice arrival gift! Did not book it for this reason, but an excellent location for LSU Football home games!

Highly Recommend You Stay Here!!

This condo is really nice! The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed having our own private bathrooms. Our host, Brenda, was so friendly and welcoming. It has easy access to the interstate and close to LSU campus which is where we spent our time visiting our Tiger. 🐯Will definitely book again in the future.

Nice townhouse

It’s a nice two bedroom townhouse. Nice bedding, and plenty of comforts from home. Breakfast was included, as well as other complementary snacks and drinks. Will book again.

Great property with wonderful hospitality

Brenda is an amazing host! She thought of everything! Condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you need in a home away from home were provided. Even breakfast and snacks! We will be back soon.

Comfortable and clean

Host very responsive. AC in the condo went out on the way there and she had it fixed and cool before we arrived. She was quick to answer all questions and the rules were clear. No complaints.

Weekend Trip for Basketball Game

We really enjoy this place. Brenda was so easy to work with. Was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. It was super clean and everything was updated and super nice. She even left us goodies! We will be looking at booking there again! Thank you Brenda for having such a wonderful place and great price.

Feng shui stay

Great location Great decor Great price. Brenda was a fantastic host and responded to our messages right away. She even had helpful recommendations for going around the town as she has been in the area for many years. She really seems to love hosting, and it definitely shows! We'll be back! Thank you, Brenda!

Unable to stay due to power outage

We were unable to stay in the condo due to the power outage so can’t comment on the condo. I had to complete the entire survey in order to submit this so I gave all the questions 5 stars because of past reviews. It would be nice if owner would post rules for power outages for future guests. Owner expected us to stay somewhere else for the 1st night while power got restored and then pack up and return to her condo for the 2nd night rental. Owner only refunded one night and would not return the cleaning fee. She just stated that was policy. We never entered the condo. When she said she would cancel the reservation I assumed she was canceling the entire reservation. A power outage is no one’s fault, but the owner could not honor the 2 night rental forcing us to find other accommodations at 8pm the night of check-in. Still not sure why we are not getting a full refund…

First of all, I informed Ruth since she was arriving very late the power would be restored by the time of her arrival. She decided on her own to not show up. I gave a partial refund which I don’t even feel I was obligated to do so because she changed her mind. Rules are rules for a reason or we would never make money.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful HostThis home was extremely beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was a great size for cooking and gathering. The hostess was very accommodating, quick to respond, and incredibly friendly. I’ve stayed in many homes in Baton Rouge, and this is definitely one of the top ones.It was a little hard to find, and there was some construction on the main road during my stay, but that was no fault of the property itself. Overall, an excellent experience—I would absolutely stay here again!
