Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have shower rooms. The living room leads to a spacious deck fitted with a large BBQ grill, dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a large outdoor sink area.

Jolly Harbour is a gated community with two lovely beaches, several restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts and more.
