The Space:
If you're bringing a big group with you on your next trip to Orlando, Florida, you have found an amazing and luxurious vacation rental with plenty of room for everyone. The entire home is newly professionally decorated, fully furnished and theme rooms throughout!!! If you have a favorite Disney or Universal them there is likely a room for you!
The this luxury home features 12 bedrooms (10 suites), 11.5 bathrooms enough room for 28 guest to relax and unwind.

Everyone can pick out their bedroom and relax and watch whatever they want to since each bedroom has its own TV! Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the upscale DC and Marvel themed game room, featuring foosball, air hockey table, skee-ball. There is also an amazing Disney theme theater room and additional pool table area. You'll also find convenient amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and gaming area with 4 gamer chairs.

There is a beautiful private pool with spa, a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerator and two set full-sized washer and dryer. Pool heat can added for $30 a day plus taxes for the duration of your vacation. This comfortable vacation home located at Bella Vida Resort and 8 miles from Disney World and 14 miles to Universal Studios, outlets, restaurants, and Walmart which offers its guests comfort and luxury. The community offers a beautiful swimming pool, half basketball court, beach volleyball, playground, game room, fitness center approximately .25 mile away. Time to book a home your whole family can enjoy!!

We had an excellent time at this home. Spacious and perfect for a large group. Steve was really helpful for any minor issues that occurred and provided all the help we needed. About 30 mins or so from the parks, so it was easy access. Would def stay again!

The stay was amazing! The home was excellent. There was more than enough space for our group. The house was clean, the decor was beautiful, the communication with Steve, the host, was effortless. This house has so much potential. The house is big and accommodated our whole family. The listing looks just like its advertised, however, there were several issues: moldy shower curtains, one of the dishwashers leaks, dryer upstairs dosent dry clothes, all the chairs and benches are on the verge of breaking, toaster doesnt work unless you hold the button down the entire time, kitchen is not stocked well with pans for such a big house..now the real issue..the pool..we arrived on friday..the pool and hot tub were FREEZING..we informed the host and they said someone was coming next day to check out..no problem..saturday afternoon didnt hear from them so i contacted them SEVERAL times and through VRBO as well. They said someone was coming..no one came...contacted again and said someone will be there monday to fix. Monday comes and discover the sensor is broken...part will be in Tuesday..they replaced the sensor after me contacting them ALOT about this. They were not urgent and i didnt feel they would have fixed if i hadnt been adamant about contacting them. We had lots of littles who wanted to enjoy the pool. We got the heated pool and hot tub for 1 day of our trip. They did refund my money for pool heat for the entire stay..but really too bad they couldnt have made sure this was taken care of before our stay..especially since i paid extra to have it. Communication was horrible and i talked to a different person every time and kept getting the run around. Will not stay again.

Overall this is a great house so much room, great outside space, but the pool is a little small. Cons that i wish i knew, the dinning room table does not have all of the chairs, but it does have two benches. At night make sure to park super close to the garage door cause if the smallest part of you car is over the side walk you will get towed. Neighbor house nasty...
Neighbors had trash all over the yard all week.

Nice Stay

The house was beautiful, and spacious. The kids if not anyone else had the time of their lives from what laying ps5 in the game room to hosting a movie night in the theater. Only downside is the constant harassment of the towing Company and trucks. These are vacation homes with more than 1 vehicle to accommodate the guests. It’s pure robbery how they harass the streets looking to get extra money from people who are already on vacation.

Celebration of Life

We stayed at the villa which sits in a gated community which made us feel very safe. The house itself is very roomy and well laid out. Even with each room occupied, the house never felt crowded. The living room and dining area was a focal gathering place and again never felt crowded. We cooked in the kitchen many times and it had what we needed. Steve is very responsive and solved any issues we had immediately and any questions we had were answered promptly..I would recommend this house to any large family staying in the Kissimmee area as irs not to far from anything. Walmart is literally 4 minutes from the house. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Group Travel - towing nightmare

Property was nice. Needing TLC. Only provided 1 towel per person, need pool towels. NOT INFORMED that if a car was parked an inch over sidewalk that car would be towed! Community has a racket with Towing company!!! So this needs to be highlighted in description as it was very inconvenient to have rental car towed. Property served purpose and host was attentive.

Nice spacious home but needed to be cleaned

The house was great overall but was very dirty. When we arrived cleaners were still cleaning from the day before. Garbage was in bathrooms and showers and bedding was dirty in almost all the rooms as if they just left it from the party before and didn’t wash any of it. The walls were filthy and we had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the house ourselves and laundry soap to wash all of the bedding. Some of the bathrooms didn’t even have 1 toilet paper roll to start us off and we had to call maintenance because a shower drain was clogged. The space in the house was great. The host was super responsive and even sent the cleaning crew back but they clearly need to hire a new team when it comes to cleaning. They were so rushed and didn’t even care..

Don't recommend

I don't recommend the place. Multiple people respond to the emails and things are resolved slowly or not at all. We came into the house to trash outside, one room smelled like urine so we didn't use it, a cracked stovetop, broken chair and while there are 2 sets of washers and dryers they do not work well. We had to dry things twice. We also noticed roaches in the kitchen at night and early morning while there was no open food or dirty dishes. Someone came to fix the chair but it took 2 days and they never cleaned up outside or cleaned the room the smelled like urine at all so we didn't use the room and had to leave the door closed. Then our check in instructions said to park in the driveway or designated parking area yet one of our vehicles was towed because the nose of this LONG SUV touched the walk way. Apparently that is not allowed so not sure where we were supposed to park it if not in the driveway. A neighbor came and told it was being towed and that their 2 vehicles were also towed for the same reason. Security claims there are signs around but all they say is not to park in the street and lock your doors. You also can't enter without the QR code so how are tow trucks getting in you wonder?! They told me to call the HOA who was rude and asked me what I want them to do and that I need to call the tow company that waited on at the GATE with other cars and demanded CASH to release it to us.
