10 Bedroom Magical Vacation Villa w/ Private Heated Pool & Spa 9 Miles from WDW

From the moment you arrive at this magical vacation villa, both adults and children alike will love the attention to detail in the theming of the bedroom areas, and the common hang-out and gaming rooms. Your vacation awaits you with 5 king bedrooms, along with 5 additional themed bedrooms for kids both young and old!

When you pull up to the house, you will have off-street parking for at least 2 vehicles in the driveway. Depending on the size of your vehicle(s), we have seen as many as 4 vehicles in driveways, but if you have a larger full-size SUV type vehicle then plan for 2 vehicles in the driveway area. There is some on-street parking out in front of the house, and we also recommend parking any additional overflow vehicles in the townhouse parking lot directly behind our house and to the right. It is less than a 1 minute walk through the grass from that parking lot to our rear patio.

If you have or are renting an electric vehicle (EV) then you will love to know that we have a 48 amp Level 2 EV Charger onsite for guest use. This charger is setup as a pay-per-use, using the EVMATCH app that you would download to your smart phone and setup an account with. The charging station is located to the right of the garage door on the side of the house.

As you enter the home you will be immediately greeted by Mickey, Minnie, and the gang as you walk through the foyer. Immediately to your right as you pass through the foyer, Lilo and Stitch will be hanging out in the mud room. Roll through the mud room and you will be able to enter into a Super Mario Bros. fantasy game room that has amazing multi-color LED light show, along with black lights and a glow-in-the dark floor. Inside Mario World you will find an indoor 2-hoop basketball game, Foosball and Air Hockey with glow-in-the-dark pucks and paddles, along with a beverage fridge for quick access to cold drinks while you are hanging out with Mario and Luigi!

Head further into the house and it will open up to an open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with seating for up to 20 guests at the table and bar areas, along with a stunning 85" Samsung QLED Smart TV completed with soundbar and subwoofer for some serious theater-quality sound!

On the first floor you will find a king bedroom in the front of the house, with a full bathroom directly outside the bedroom in the hallway. To the rear on the first floor will be the king master suite, complete with garden tub and shower area, and a private access door directly out onto the rear screened patio area. Each of these bedrooms is equipped with a 65" Samsung Smart TV, wall-mounted.

Let's head on up the stairway to the second floor... wait, what's that... AVENGERS ASSEMBLE! As you climb the staircase and round the corner, you will immediately be greeted by Captain America, Iron Man and Thor! As you complete your trek to the second floor you will be entering into the Avengers Lair! Look around and you will see larger than life Spiderman, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Cap, Iron Man, Thor, the list goes on! Be sure to pay close attention to the wall-mounted controls just to the right of the 75" Samsung Smart TV while you are in the lair, as you will find an LED control box that controls ceiling-level LED perimeter lights, along with a remote control that controls the Avengers LOGO on the wall! And speaking of that giant TV on the wall, it also has a soundbar with subwoofer for some serious theater-quality sound for you to take in some movies during your stay.

As you make your away around the bedrooms connected to the lair, you are about to enter a galaxy FAR FAR AWAY! That's right, not one, not two, but THREE STAR WARS themed bedrooms await you! Here's the best part Mom and Dad... you didn't think we'd forget about all of you Gen X'rs that grew up with this cult classic, did you? That THIRD Star Wars bedroom is our Han & Leia king suite, for the forever kid-at-heart in all of us! Now, back to you youngsters - you will find a Dark Side Sith bedroom to include Darth Vader, Kylo Ren and Boba Fett. This room will sleep 2 in the light-up light saber twin beds. If you head through the connecting Star Wars bathroom you will enter into the Jedi / Millenium Falcon bedroom, just about the time you jump into HYPERSPACE! BOOM.... Hang on! This room is equipped with two Millenium Falcon twin beds.

Ok, ok... you say "but I'm not really a Star Wars fan"... maybe something else still awaits you if you head to the other side of the lair. Let me ask you, do you know what your petronis is? Hmm, if you know what a petronis even is then you know what comes next... THAT'S RIGHT, Harry Potter! Enter the wizarding world as you head into the next bedroom and are transported to Hogwarts! Here in the Hogwarts area will be two twin size bookcase beds.

If that wasn't excitement enough for you, it's time to grab your flux capacitor and let's put the pedal to the metal and hit 88MPH! You guessed it... we're going BACK TO THE FUTURE! Hey McFly, in this king bedroom suite you're gonna need to grab your Hoverboard. Be sure to check out the photo of Clint Eastwood and Doc, along with the letter Doc sent to Marty via Western Union back in 1885!

I think it's time now for us to head on over to what we affectionately like to call "Kiddie Corner". here you are going to be swept away into the wonderful world of Disney, for boys and girls alike! As you enter kiddie corner, to the left will be the Disney Princess bedroom, fit for the princesses in your family! The princess bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle, fit to sleep 3. Heading to the other end of the hallway is the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Bunk Room... Hey Toodles! Here in the bunk house, you're gonna find a queen bed with a twin-xl top bunk and a twin pull-out trundle, to sleep 4! Just outside in the kiddie corner hallway you have your own bathroom area with Ariel, Sebastian and many other familiar faces from The Little Mermaid.

Now, some may say, we saved the best bedroom for last, since it was back down the hall way a bit, right next to the wet bar area just beyond the 8ft slate pool table with ping pong conversion top. If we head back over that way, we will see where it all started and why Orlando has become the NUMBER ONE international travel destination today. Our Vintage Disney king suite is where you will find Walt Disney, himself, along with Steamboat Willy, which was Walt's first animated cartoon film. Of course Mickey and Minnie will be hanging out with their old pal, Walt! Thanks, Walt, for making all the magic and giving us someplace magical for families to enjoy over the past 50+ years here in Orlando!

Ok, have you seen enough yet? It's time to head downstairs out out onto the back screened lanai patio area, where you are going to find our private pool and spa, which includes complimentary pool heat to ensure the water is always "just right" for this magical vacation! Make sure you check out the cool hammock out on the patio, it's just underneath the coconut palm! Oh, and this is crazy, right... there's a 60" Samsung Smart TV hanging outside, complete with a soundbar and subwoofer for some killer sound quality for you and your party to hang out in the pool or spa and catch your favorite TV show or movie! There are plenty of pool toys for your kids out in the bin on the patio.

Oh man, you've gotta be sure to check-out that patio area at night, because the pool has multi-color underwater lights that come on, and then up top on the canopy over top of the pool is a multi-color light show that is going to create a super fun night time outdoor environment to keep this party going!

I bet you thought that's gotta be it, right? Nope. Make sure you check out the schedule at Magic Kingdom so you know when they are shooting off fireworks every night, because YOU CAN SEE THE FIREWORKS right from our pool and patio, every single night! Yup, that's right - just look to the northeast, directly across the street where you can see the Orlando cityscape light up at night. When the time is right, and the fireworks start, you can't miss them!

Ok, ok, that's about enough now, but before we wrap up this tour, don't forget that our home has a 500mbps mesh WiFi internet system, where you are sure to get 5 bars no matter where you are anywhere in the house and even out on the patio! Oh yeah, and if you like video games there is a cocktail arcade BARREL up in the Avengers lair that has over 400 classic video games that are sure to be endless fun for hours on end!
