We are happy to welcome your dogs but in order to main and sanitize the place, a pet fee of $75 applies per dog. Airbnb does not charge for the 2nd pet fee. Please message us first if you will be bringing more than 1 dog.

Welcome to our cabin! We'd like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone's safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.
★ Must be at least 21 years old.
★ No parties, gathering, illegal substances and undeclared guests.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ Please do not eat and drink in the bedroom.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost $50 for every 30 minutes that they wait outside.
★ Dogs are welcome but please know our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
> Keep off all furniture and bedding
> Must be house trained
> Pick-up and dispose of all waste
> If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
> Please do not let the dog off leash in public and unfenced area
★ Upon check-out, we kindly request to wash all the dirty the dishes, secure trash and turn off the lights, and stove. Please make sure to close and lock the windows too.
★ if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on.
★ NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.
Safety:
★ One camera by the front door and one under the deck. All cameras are outside the home for the safety of our guests and to observe the wildlife. Cameras are on and recording 24/7.
★ Sign the Rental Agreement.
★ Septic Tank - Nothing other than water and toilet paper down the drains and the toilet.
★ Security Deposit Hold of $300 will be requested. Hold will be released within 2 days if there no damages, excessive mess & missing items.
Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage.
