Modern spacious condo with nice sized balcony mountain view a 2 parking spaces
Modern, spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo available for rent located in downtown Long Beach, CA. Only a few blocks from the Metro Blue Line which has a connecting rail headed both to and back from Los Angeles International Airport, but also travels to both downtown Los Angeles.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook or bake (with 2 baking compartment electric stove). Stainless steel pots and pans (to avoid hazardous materials that comes from non stick pots/ pans when cooking). Complete with cups, coffee mugs, Keurig machine (w/ milk frother) and both coffee and tea. Also blender, food processor, and everything else you can think of (even a Brita water jug to filter water).
Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms with fast WiFi. A pull out bed style sofa for movie nights in the living room. Also equipped with an electric fireplace and candles. Rugs through out the place if you're the barefoot type too.
Balcony is my pride and joy with 2 tone effect with beams and a bottle opener so you don't have to find it (even though there's one in the kitchen). On a clear day you can even see parts of downtown and the Los Angeles mountains. The building is quiet and the neighbors are predominantly older and you will very rarely hear anyone/ anything if the doors/ windows are shut (a large majority of the time too if you leave it all open as well).
One bedroom has a queen sized bed and one closet, plenty of drawer space, smart tv also. A clothing steamer, 2 electric fans in each bedroom as well. Halo ring lighting or standard recessed with a flip of the switch. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with same features as the other room but has 2 closets instead of one. Also, both bedrooms have a digital door lock above the handle so if you travel with others and want privacy, no problem.
If you are unfamiliar with Long Beach, street parking sucks. Fortunately there's 2 assigned parking spaces in the gated parking garage downstairs so you won't have to spend more than an hour hoping someone leaves where they parked from in order to park (which most likely will be multiple blocks away). Also, I use to have a Silverado 2500 with an 8 ft bed and was still able to park in one of the 2 parking spaces comfortably even though both spaces it's do able.
