Maison d'angle avec piscine, accès garage. Maison entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Nouveaux appareils de cuisine, y compris cafetière, nouveaux lits confortables dans chaque chambre. Nouvelles fenêtres à double vitrage dans toute la maison. Equipé avec laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Terrain de golf à proximité, la plage est à une courte distance en voiture. Shopping et accès à l’autoroute en quelques minutes mais pas assez près pour entendre l’autoroute.

Amazing communication with Mr. Chad, any questions we had he answered in a matter of minutes. Very friendly clean amazing location. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was great for the kids. I would definitely be booking again

We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the place was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we enjoyed staying in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was exactly what it was described. The location was perfect, just 1/2 mile from my sister and in the area that I grew up in, so very familiar. We were in town for my nephew's wedding and the house was the perfect size with everyone getting their own bed.The street and neighborhood were quiet.Checking in and out was a very smooth, stress free, and easy. the Host also thought to leave out pool toys for the children to use in the pool. The pool was clean but this time of year it was a bit too cold to enjoy. The kitchen was nicely arranged and had everything you would need for a stay. Also outside, there is a bbq for use and we had bbq hot dogs and hamburgers one of the nights. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable time. Thanks to Chad for sharing the property.

Super spacious and clean! The pool was amazing and the host, Chad, was super responsive. Great location at a bus stop which was very convenient. Overall would stay again!

My family's go to place when visiting Long Beach. The property has lots of space, large kitchen, and a pool to cool off from a hot day. Quiet neighborhood, close to Cal State Long Beach and freeways. Will be reserving again for our next visit.

Kids had a great time!

We chose to celebrate the last day of school with a staycation and rented this home with a pool to kick off the summer. It was a wonderful experience, and everyone had a great time.

My girls and I had the best time. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house feels much larger inside than I thought. We felt safe, the pool was great. It's near many shopping and eating options. If I'm ever down in SoCal again I will definitely try to book again.
