Belles 4000sq ft, la maison en front de mer dans la ville ensoleillée Delray Beach! Cette maison est idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, mais il est minutes de magnifiques plages et de la célÚbre avenue de l'Atlantique Eh bien nommés, il ya 3 chambres, un bureau complet et un gymnase bien équipé. Chaque chambre ainsi que la salle de gym a sa propre salle de bains, avec le maßtre de bain avec deux lavabos, un bain à remous et une douche séparée et fermée. La cuisine gastronomique comprend des comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un brûleur de cuisiniÚre six et construit dans le refroidisseur à vin. La salle à manger et la chambre principale vitrine unique de belles peintures murales peintes par un artiste local. Sortez et profitez de la belle véranda, jardin spacieux et la piscine mousseux et bain à remous, le tout avec une vue sur l'eau! Profitez du soleil ou de cuisiner en plein air car il ya plusieurs zones pour se prélasser et à manger. Terminez la journée en regardant le coucher du soleil dans le hamac chaise sur l'eau!

Outstanding experience

We stayed for two weeks in Delray Beach. It was a first rate experience. The house is wonderful with generously sized bedrooms and an inviting kitchen and family room area. The pool and patio are tailor-made for relaxation as you look out to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walkers. Only a short trip to Atlantic ave and restaurants. Finally, the property manager Tiffany is the X factor. Friendly and responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay in Delray!

Spent a week at this beautiful home in Delray Beach. The location was perfect -- quiet, friendly neighborhood that is just two miles to beaches and downtown Delray. The house is beautifully decorated (it is as pretty as it looks in the pictures) and well laid out. There is a guest bedroom on the opposite side of the house (from the master bedroom), and the upstairs space was perfect for teens. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Lots of bathrooms (important when you have 3 teenage girls and two adults all trying to get ready at the same time!). Backyard was lovely and the pool was terrific -- the girls were in it every day. Tiffany (the property manager) was incredibly responsive both before and during our trip -- always willing to answer all our questions and making suggestions for things to do. We had a great vacation and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful home, every amenity...

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, nice linens, comfy beds, kitchen cabinets stocked with everything you need to cook & create cocktails. The pool and pool area is spectacular, peaceful, and the perfect place to hang out all day - as we did! The home's located on a quiet street and just a few minutes' drive to grocery, CVS and Atlantic Avenue... We had only one objection to this rental - we didn't know in advance that the property manager lives in an apartment over an annexed garage that overlooks the home's backyard. We felt that we had less privacy than expected/anticipated. I believe that this should be clearly stated in the property description, (i.e.: property manager on site), as it may effect a prospective renter's choice. In my opinion for the money that element needs to be disclosed. THAT BEING SAID, the property manager, Tiffany, is truly lovely, responsive, helpful and we hardly knew she was there.

An Excellent Choice!

This is a great house for a vacation in Delray. It is in a quiet area, but has easy access to downtown, the beach and the highways. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the lake from the backyard. The house is in great condition, and has everything you would need. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The property manager, Tiffany, lives nearby and was very responsive to every request we made. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for another week.

Fabulous Delrey Beach house

A fabulous and extremely convenient house made all the ingredients for an amazing holiday week at Delrey Beach. The property is situated in a quiet area of Delrey Beach and has a splendid view to the west in the direction of the lake with a late sunny afternoon for drinks and evening BBQ on the terrace. The house is exactly like the pictures but you can only feel the nice atmosphere of the house when you actually stay and life in the house. It is max. 5 minutes away from the vibrant Atlantic Ave/Delrey Beach which has a lot of good restaurants. The property manager Tiffany always responded quickly and accurate on our questions. Easy check-in process. I would certainly recommend this house, although a bit pricy, to anyone else.

Great trip to Delray!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable...there was plenty of space to accommodate eight, four of which were teenagers. They loved the space and privacy that they had in the upstairs suite. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Tiffany was extremely accommodating and always responded timely to a call or text. Prior to our visit, we questioned whether or not there were kayaks and bikes. She responded quickly with purchasing both items to make our trip that much more enjoyable. Just steps to the dock, the kayaks were used daily, and our boys enjoyed the fishing opportunities from the waterway in the backyard. The bikes were also a great opportunity to tour the neighborhood. The house is just minutes from downtown Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Everything was conveniently located...grocers, liquor stores, restaurants, shopping. House could have been cleaned better when we arrived. The couple we stayed with did need to do a quick clean of the master bath and the kitchen needed alittle more attention. The most disappointing piece of the property was the ongoing issues with the temperature of the pool and/or spa. The webpage said heated pool, but we found that we had to choose whether we wanted the pool or spa heated. Not sure why both couldn't be heated at the same time. We opted for the pool to be heated, agreed to pay extra to do so, then waited a full day so this really left us without the spa and the pool for a 24 hour period. Only other issue was the everything was very high tech....2-3 remotes to turn on the TVs, remote for pool heater that appeared to become unresponsive if used daily. Overall, our stay at this property was great! I would highly recommend it for families with teenagers.

Exquisite property with breathtaking views!!!

This luxurious property is beautifully designed inside and out! Close to the beaches, golf courses, restaurants, stores & anything you may need during your stay. The property manager, Tiffany, was extremely accommodating. The home is spotless and I would highly recommend this as it is my number one vacation home of choice in Southwest Florida. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and respite.

we miss it already

Great place, relax pool side all day and fire up the BBQ for lunch or dinner, when we didnt feel like cooking 5 minutes away are some 5 star restaurants in Delay. Kids loved swiming all day, and the beach is 10 minutes away.

Beautiful family vacation spot

Our family of 4 stayed in this home over a recent spring break trip. We have stayed at a number of high end homes as we travel and this house does not disappoint. It is meticulously decorated and provides everything that a family or large group may need. The outside grounds are amazing and look better in person than they do in the pictures. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous and very well maintained, we used them often on our trip. We also used the fire pit and cooked smores 2 nights as well. There were even huge iguanas right across the way on the neighbors boat house and my kids loved the swing on the owners boat house that went right over the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked and has gourmet appliances and a wine fridge. The beds are crazy comfortable with an amazing view of palm trees right out of the master bedroom windows. The house is also very close to the beaches but far enough away to avoid any craziness and is peaceful to sit outside at night. Tiffany, the property manager was very helpful in getting anything we needed right away. We would highly recommend this home and are hoping to come back.
