We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful, clean, inviting home. Just lovely!!!! We were in Puerto Rico for my son's wedding and stayed two nights before the wedding festivities at Seaview Family Retreat. We had young children with us who loved the home as much as the adults. Super clean, lots of supplies to make your time peaceful and enjoyable, a lovely welcome box, etc. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our stay. Brenda was incredibly responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The pool was a hit with everyone, and the stunning views of Luquillo Beach made it even more special. It was truly a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Amazing Property

The property had so many wonderful touches in a very large and accommodating home for our group of 7. The pool was fantastic. Brenda and Alfredo were great hosts with very prompt and clear communication.

Family Vacation

Came to the island during a power outage but with the generator the house was still perfect. Good area for access to El Yunque and Old San Juan, home was impeccably clean and in great shape, had a wonderful family vacation with great views and fun pool and excellent facilities. This is the cleanest and nicest home we have ever stayed in. Only thing that could be improved was air-conditioning in the main area, bedrooms were very cool and comfortable with wonderful mattresses. Had a fabulous time there!!!

We stayed one week at this home in April of 2026. We had eight people ranging from 2 years old through 71. The house was great! The pool was a nice size. It was probably about five feet deep and had a great shallow space for the little ones to play, or for adults to relax in a pool chair. It had a beautiful outside space, from the outdoor kitchen (with sink, grill, cooktop, fridge, garbage and more), to the shaded table under the awning which we lived at, to the front porch with outdoor jenga, connect four, and more. Give the beautiful weather in Puerto Rico, we spent a lot of our time outdoors, and the outdoor space at this home was perfect. The bedrooms had great temperature control with the individual AC units that worked perfectly, with everyone able to individually set their rooms to a comfortable temperature. The beds were very comfortable and each room also had TVs, which was a hit with the kids and made for easy bedtimes :) Brenda, the host, has thought of everything a guest might need, from bug spray and sunscreen to towels and beach toys/chairs and more. Her communication was also great throughout the stay. The home was very clean and the inside was bug-free, despite being so close to the rainforest. Location was also great, so close to Luquillo beach, the kiosks, and El Yunque. I would not hesitate to book this home again for a return trip!
