Notre 1800 sq. Ft. Le condo Cascade Village (unité 59) comprend trois chambres et trois salles de bain ainsi qu’un loft avec un canapé-lit queen. Cascade Village se trouve à 2 miles au nord de Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) et 26 miles au nord du centre-ville de Durango. Silverton est seulement 22 miles au nord.

Le condo est une grande évasion de montagne familiale avec une cuisine complète, foyer au bois (bois fourni), deux terrasses privées et une vue incroyable. La copropriété est entièrement meublée et offre tout le confort de la maison. Le plan de vie ouvert et mobilier confortable et les draps contribuent tous à l'atmosphère chaleureuse. Il y a un petit barbecue à gaz sur le pont principal.

Cascade Village se trouve à moins de 3 km au nord de la station de ski de Durango Mountain Resort, à 26 km au nord de Durango et à 25 km au sud de Silverton (à moins de 30 minutes).

Les installations de Cascade Village comprennent une piscine intérieure chauffée, un sauna, des bains à remous extérieurs / intérieurs, une table de billard, un court de tennis extérieur, un magasin de location de skis et une navette de ski GRATUITE pour le complexe Purgatory.

Restez avec nous et nous offrons des réductions sur les activités estivales (rafting, excursions en jeep, équitation, etc.) et hivernales (location de ski / snowboard (au Cascade Village), de traîneau, de motoneige, etc.)

Conditions d'annulation: Les annulations faites plus de trente (30) jours avant la date d'arrivée n'entraîneront aucune pénalité et toutes les sommes versées seront remboursées intégralement. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté et effectuées dans les trente (30) jours suivant la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation augmente jusqu'à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée pour recevoir un remboursement complet sans pénalité. My family of 9 total enjoyed all this condo had to offer. We were really impressed with the fully stocked kitchen and amenities of the village. The shuttle ran on time back and forth to Purgatory. We're already trying to plan our next visit!

Fantastic place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a short 6 minute drive from the Purgatory ski resort. Condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, blankets and towels, a fireplace with available firewood, and beautiful mountain views. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

Our family of 4 rented this condo with some friends for a total of 8 people and it was perfect! We liked the location being so close to Purgatory Ski Resort (just a few minutes drive), and there is also a free shuttle to ski as well. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, even had a crock pot. There were also games and some toys to entertain kids. It snowed a lot during our stay and the driveways were kept clear the whole time. The check in/out process was also very easy. Would definitely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was set up nicely for a very comfortable stay. It was very well stocked and had everything we were looking for, except we never did find the community grill. Luckily we brought our own camping grill. They have a toaster, crockpot, all the dishes possible, cooking utensils, wine glasses, and even spices. They had a large selection of games in the loft area and fire wood stocked for the fireplace. They provided a nice selection of soaps, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even a brand new sponge for our stay. We went to the indoor pool and spa one night and it was great.towels were provided in the unit. The sauna was out of order that day. They also had an outdoor jacuzzi, for those who brave the cold. It’s a very short drive to the ski area which makes it convenient. Unfortunately the snow levels were terrible for skiing while we were there but we found a fun sled hill about 10 miles north.2 Sleds were provided in the condo even. Lots of storage and a great setup for a large family. Just FYI, you park below the condo and go into a private stairwell where you can leave your skis etc. main living is 2nd floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and loft area couch with sleeper. We will definitely return and recommend this unit. Only issue we had was minor: the upstairs hall bathroom kept backing up. We had to pluge it several times to keep it working. Not a major issue but probably needs a more permanent solution.

Lots of towels, pool towels. Coffee and filters...we brought our own, but they had some. Washer and dryer. Plenty of baking dishes, pots, pan, dishes. Bring your groceries and have a great time. Hot tubs were great. Pool was a little cool for us, but some people used it. Great views and close to ski slopes.
