This property was only OK. The location is fantastic. Upon arrival, the property was about 100. It took hours to cool down with doors and windows open. It’s kind of dingy and outdated. There are much better available properties for rent nearby for the same price.

We were pleased with the place that we stayed in. It is in a good location; walking distance from the beach and some restaurants. It was clean and organized however it would be great if it was more updated. There was recliners that were old and ripped

Fun beach trip

Fun summer stay with close friends. The 2nd story unit is 1970's style beach pad. Needs some updating. It's located near the pier party zone

We had a great stay. We stayed in the upstairs unit. There were plenty of beds and bedding. There were more than enough towels for showering and the beach. They have chairs for the beach, which we didn’t end up using, but were in the garage. It was a little loud at night, but we were there during one of the busiest weeks after graduation. It is in a perfect location. You are close to many restaurants and the pier. My only complaint is the pillows weren’t great. We ended up buying some from Target, but overall everything was really good. I would highly recommend the unit.

When I showed up at the property the cleaning ladies were still there and in the parking spot, so I had to wait for them to finish. They went a few minutes over, wasn’t that big of a deal but a little inconvenient having to wait, as there really isn’t anywhere to sit and wait. Location is amazing, closer to the ocean than I thought. Definitely a little out dated. Wasn’t completely aware there is no AC. Came back one day and it was extremely hot inside. They had 1 working fan in the closet, would have been nice if they all were working. Parking was hard. You have one spot in the garageOverall great experience, we had a good time.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars and your feedback. I'm sorry about the cleaners going over a few minutes. Definitely not the norm. This older beach unit like many others does not have AC and doesn't have the ducting to add one. There are ceiling fans in each room and a few stand alone units. I will definitely make sure they are all operational. Surprised to hear differently as they were all in working order last spring. Again, thank you for everything. Please comeback anytime.

We LOVED this house! Awesome location, super clean and everything you could need. Shops, restaurants and the boardwalk are steps away. The proximity to the beach was ideal with the provided chairs, toys and umbrella made this such an easy vacation. Already booked another week here — it was perfect!
