Beautiful Lake Front Home overlooking Lake Douglas with Golf Cart!

The Lake House at Swann's Marina and Campground hosts amazing Lake Front and Marina view's overlooking Lake Douglas in Dandridge TN.

This beautifully furnished home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open Living Room / Kitchen concept, Wifi, Smart Televisions in all rooms, all linens and kitchen appliances and dishes, a Carport and a furnished covered porch with a firepit out front along with a picnic table and gas grill. This home also includes a golf cart that seats 6 people.

We are within close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to relax and unwind at the end of a long day or enjoy fishing off your boat or one of ours. We have a full-service boat marina onsite with a boat launch, ship store, pontoon boat, kayak and paddle board rentals not to mention a wonderful Restaurant!

Very “homey” lake house

Great location on the lake that’s easily accessible. Then you get a 6 person golf cart on top of what which was great bike from traveling. The lake house is awesome and very well decorated. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

We had 5 adults and 2 small kids; we had plenty of room. Very pretty and clean house. the Host was wonderful. we just had to ask for what we needed, and it was there in minutes. The July 4th fireworks on the lake were great, we enjoyed our stay!!! would come back for sure.

Amazing!!

We decided on a trip for a family christmas this year. and we was definitely not disappointed!! the kids loved being able to go outside. and me personally i love that they had a tree up inside the cabin so we didn’t have to go buy one!! spacious and clean. only thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t wash our own clothes but we just bagged them up and brought them home.

i currently reside in Rock Hill SC and operate 4 marinas in SC and TN. Swann's Marina in TN is my favorite of the four. I have always been a mountain girl. Swann's Marina and Campground has 12 rentals currently between cabins and campers and I love staying at each and every one of them. I love adding details to each and constantly improving amenities. I also enjoy staying at other VRBO's to help me with ideas and am so happy to be able to offer this back to those who enjoy the peace and serenity both the mountains and Lake Douglas have to offer!
