Welcome to our comfortable and cozy space! This home has polished concrete floors throughout. Features updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances including a gas range. Walk in to an open concept living/kitchen area. The living room features a 75" smart TV with surround sound system for your entertainment needs. There is a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for crafting a delicious meal.

Walk down the hallway and you find the guest bath and three bedrooms. The guest bath has a tub and bidet.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and 60” smart tv with en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk in shower.

Guest bedroom one has a dedicated workspace and queen bed.

Guest bedroom two has a queen bed and 55” smart tv.

Guest bedroom four features a twin bed and desk and is cooled by a portable AC unit. This bedroom is off the living area and faces the laundry room.

The backyard is spacious with a patio area, charcoal grill and fire pit.

Fully fenced backyard.

Close proximity to downtown, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, hospitals, parks, airport and grocery stores.

While this home is spacious enough to host up to 8 guests, we recommend no more than 7 adults for maximum comfort. The bathrooms are smaller in size and may not be accommodating for all.

The house was exactly what we needed for a football game. Everything was clean and accurately described. The host was quick to respond and check in was seamless. We look forward to staying again!

Front door didn't lock easily and we had to call landlord to bring over keys (she was very responsive.) The inside of the house was clean and decent, but the exterior and yard are in poor condition. Location not convenient to University, Stadium, or downtown area.

Beautiful house and property!

Was a wonderful experience for myself and my family, who I was hosting, and who came in from out of town for Halloween. Easily and comfortably accomodated my son and I, plus my sister and her husband and two girls. So six of us in all. Thank you, Vanessa, for allowing us to start at your lovely rental!

Track Meet

We were in Gainesville for my son's Indoor Track and Field Championship Meet. The house is nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host responded very quickly to my texts. The only thing I would change is some roller shades on the doors leading to the back yard. Other than that we enjoyed our trip.

Close to town

Very responsive host. We experienced a few too many bugs for our liking which the host offered assistance. The front door took 10-15min of attempts to lock with PIN causing us to be late to 3 events, frustrating. Bonus: the bed was super comfortable, towels were fresh, HUGE TV in living room.

Wish it was cleaner

Our overall stay was good. The house looked just as advertised and the check in process was really easy. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the place. The house itself was decently clean but when we went to use some of the provided towels, they smelled strongly of bleach and there was even a clump of hair in one of them. We ended up picking up some of my own towels from my college apartment so me and my family could use them. Other than, the house was pleasant and in a great location. We all slept comfortably.
