Great Stay, Great Location!

Communication was accurate and timely, home was clean, plenty of space for 5 of us to spread out and not be crowded. Location very convenient to campus, but neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent Stay!

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently close to UF

Spacious and convenient. Housed my family of 6 very comfortably. Property manager and host were quick to communicate and resolve an issue we had with the City and the stove.

Gainsville Stay

Property was very close to the university and a Publix which made it easy to go to and from our events. Home was comfortable. We enjoyed the living area the most as we could all gather and visit.

Wonderful stay

Property host is very helpful. Property is clean and spacious. We had 8 people in our professional group and this property met all of our needs. Also allowed for each person to have their "own space".

Great location in quiet area. The house needed a deep cleaning and some updates. Two of the four stove burners didn’t work and there were no knobs to control the oven. The pots and pans need to be replaced. Not all the ceiling fans worked and they were all quite dirty. We paid a lot of mo ey but didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

Perfect location and plenty of room

We rented this for my daughters UF graduation and it provided enough room and outside space for all of our family and friends to celebrate her special day between the various events. The manager was super responsive and accommodating. We are hoping to rent it in the future.

Gators Den Rocks

The Gators Den Rocks! We were in Gainesville for Sister Hazel's Lyrics for Life Gala at the Phillips Center. Close proximity, groceries around the corner...and everything else. Plenty of Room...plenty of space to socialize. We loved it and will stay there again availability willing.

Perfect graduation house

This property worked very well for us when we attended UF graduation. It was a great location and had a well appointed kitchen for meal prep. I would note that it is split level so there are several steps throughout which was a little challenging for my elderly mother. Otherwise, perfect!
