The house, newly renovated and not rented out before, is a quiet, luxury and calm oasis on a very quiet street. Relax by the beautiful new heated 44 ft long grunite pool - 10 feet deep (at deep end). BBQ and Dine outside on the deck or in the garden. Hop on one of our bikes and you'll be on Southampton's famous beautiful ocean beaches in 2 minutes. Or head into the village, again just a very quick cycle (or walk) and enjoy the restaurants, boutiques and culture of this truly beautiful, celebrated and historic village. The wonderful Citerella is a very short cycle/car ride as it is on our side of the village! Tennis courts are just 2 minutes away by car or 10 mins cycle. Go watch the polo or go horsebackriding, watch movies on the big screen on the beach, listen to live jazz in the village or visit the amazing Parish Art Museum. So much to do including of course dancing up the road at Calissa's or Southampton Social Club.
