Awesome house. Super nice owners. Perfect for families!

We had a great time at this house. We rented it for a long period and it was a fantastic experience. House is beautifully decorated and perfectly suited for families with kids of all ages. Kitchen is wonderful and all the living areas are spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing time at the pool and playing tennis / basketball with friends and kids. The owners are available and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you again. We will return!

Annual family Hamptons trip

We take an annual trip with my sister in law’s family, total of 5 kids and 6 adults, and this was our first time in Southampton. This property was perfect. The house is spacious and incredibly family friendly. We fit perfectly and the 3rd floor was great for our 2 Nannies to have their own space. The decor is bright, airy, cozy and clean. The basement was a kids dream. The grounds had a yard, play structure, tennis court and fenced in pool, beautiful flowers/gardens. Easy trip to all the best restaurants, downtown Southampton and coopers beach. We hope to rebook next summer!!

Dream home, perfect location and so many activities!

This property is stunning. My family and friends spent a week enjoying this home, and even with a full house we all had plenty of space, privacy and activities to enjoy. The pool is beautifully managed, the tennis court very well maintained, and the kitchen open plan and all of the tools and appliances to live out chef dreams. The bedrooms are all very quiet and comfy, and the master is majestic. This really felt like a home that is really loved, and where memories are made. The house is conveniently located a short drive from the action in Southampton and Water Mill, and very close to a wonderful winery. Everything was very convenient and easy to manage, and even a minor issue we had was resolved within minutes by the property manager. We loved our stay, and would definitely come back again!

Wonderful, beautifully-decorated house with everything our family and guests needed!

We just returned from a trip to this house in Water Mill and we simply had the best time in this fabulous house. The house is beautifully decorated and full of amenities for kids and adults of all ages. We particularly loved the layout of the house which allowed multiple families to live independently :-), the living area which is spacious and with multiple rooms (larger living room + smaller living area), and the basement where the kids had the best time. You can tell a family with young kids actually spends time in and cares for this house. The house is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor area with an awesome tennis court, basketball hooks, playground for the kids and nice outdoor deck for smore's. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for the winter. The house is very well located at a 5'-10' drive from Southampton, beautiful beaches and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac which was great for our kids to bike around. We spent a lot of time at the house but were also able to visit farms around, wander in the city and go to the beach. The owners were nice and attentive, they were very responsive to all our needs. We are already planning to book again and highly recommend this house.

Great stay in Watermill

We really enjoyed the amenities in this beautiful house especially the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped but needed a new coffee pot from Day 1, and a few utensils were missing. The house was comfortable and spacious even for our large group. If you plan on cycling around Southampton as we did be prepared to brave the traffic as you cross RT 27.

Amazing Home

Our family had a fabulous time over Labor Day weekend at this amazing beautiful home. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. The house has literally everything we needed - even toys for the toddlers and a ball machine and rackets for the tennis court. The pool was wonderful. The kids loved the play structure and the basement full of toys. The home is remarkably well-located. A short drive to Southampton and the beach. The host was excellent. He quickly responded to all of my questions. Five stars in every respect!

Annual Hamptons Family Vacation

We had a great time at this lovely property. We rent a house in the Hamptons every summer and I must say, this property is ideal for families. The owners are responsive; warm and kind and very easy to deal with. The home is centrally located, has many amenities and is well laid out. We look forward to staying at this house again.

Home in the Hamptons

We found this property by luck and loved it. The owners have provided everything a large family could want, and though some of it has been hard used by previous renters, most is in great shape. The home is centrally located for those interested in visiting South, East or West Hampton as well as Sag Harbor on the Sound. The pool, tennis court, bouncy house and play set all came in handy. It was completely clean and orderly when we arrived, and we had no problems with anything that was promised. We had one interaction with the property manager and received a rapid response. My questions were answered personally by the owners.

Great family vacation

Carla's house was a good space for our family vacation for three generations of family, including children ranging from ages 1-8. The house is quite well equipped for children including with a stocked playroom, as well as balls and bikes for outdoor activities. The spaces are very conducive to spending time together as a family and we had an wonderful week. We note that we ran into a few issues that should have been disclosed prior to the rental being confirmed, including the treadmill is broken and cannot be fixed, because the required piece is unavailable due to Covid-19, and the hot tub is only operative during the summer months. We also ran into a number of issues over the first few days of our vacation, including a broken clothes dryer, a leak in the ceiling from the jacuzzi, the heating in the bedroom over the garage malfunctioning and the kitchen fridge breaking. In each case, the owner handled the issue quickly and either sent a repair person or a replacement (a new dryer was installed on our fourth day and a working fridge was brought in to the garage to use instead of the kitchen fridge), but this made for unnecessary headaches. While that list may seem long, the house offers good spaces both indoors and out for fun and our 12 day family stay was great. With confirmation that these issues are resolved we would absolutely encourage others to enjoy this house themselves.

Gorgeous house and property

We had a fantastic visit with family at this beautiful house. Modern spacious kitchen, lots of bedrooms and tons of options indoors and outdoors for meals and gathering. The pool and hot tub were super clean and fun to play in, and the tennis court, ping pong, and lawn area with soccer goals gave us lots to do. Perfect house for families with kids, as there are limitless activities and gear available to use. Property manager was super responsive - the pool pump broke after a storm, and he had it serviced and repaired for us within hours. Nice quiet location at the end of a cup de sac. The beach is nearby, as wells as vineyards and farms, but there is so much to do at the house that you literally don’t need to leave. Would love to stay here again!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this Water Mill Home. Perfectly located minutes from beaches and shopping. Tranquil quiet with tons to do for kids and grown ups alike. The tennis court, hot tub and pool were in pristine condition. The kids had a great time playing on the huge back yard lawn complete with a jungle gym. Plenty of seating both inside and out. The well stocked house seemed to go on forever and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The owner was very amenable and quick to reply and his property manager was very accommodating and well versed in the house. Cannot recommend this house enough...thanks for such a great vacation!

Beautiful Water Mill House

Our family of five had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home! The house is spacious, well-decorated and in a great location . We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful yard. The pool and tennis court are well-maintained and kept our kids busy every day! The owner and house manager were responsive and helpful. We highly recommond the house!

Beautiful stay in watermill

This house is a dream! My group has been doing an annual Hamptons trip for the past 5 years and this is easily our favorite stay! We had a total of 10 adults and 4 children in this home and it was more than enough space. In fact we never felt overcrowded! Everything in this home is beautiful, from the furnishings to the beautiful exterior. We spent nearly most of our time in the pool, on the tennis court, and barbecuing. Love this home, and hope to be able to stay here again in the future. The owner was extremely easy to reach, very kind and helpful! Thank you again for our favorite stay in the Hamptons!

Perfect family vacation, highly recommended

My family stayed in this house during September ‘18, and had a blast. The house is beautiful, accommodating and perfect for a family vacation including kids and adults. We could all seat, eat, play and talk together in the huge kitchen and dining spaces. The kids played outside in the beautiful backyard and basement. The location was also great, close to Southampton, beaches, restaurants, activities. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful house and grounds in great location

Really great house that slept a large group comfortably. Everything in the house is extremely high quality and modern. Big kitchen and dining area, with multiple different areas to lounge. Garden was kept immaculately, and was great to have the tennis court and swimming pool right outside. Communication and access was very easy.

beautiful property with owners that were a pleasure to work with

Looks like it has all been said in other reviews, and a part of me doesn't want to spread the word any further on this property...but simply put, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Tons of things to do inside and out on the property, not to mention the spectacular location on a quiet street but close to everything. Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property with great owner

My family (wife and 3 boys ages 1-8) stayed at this property on 2 occasions over the summer and had a blast. Lots of amenities (tennis court with all equipment including a ball machine, basketball, heated pool, spa, basketball, soccer, beach equipment, games, housekeeping, wireless speakers everywhere just to name a few). The kitchen and the gas grill were awesome. This place had it all, is in a great location central to everything and the owner was incredibly responsive, professional, and hospitable. Would do it again a heartbeat.
