Modern Living Steps From Downtown

Modern Living steps away from downtown Walnut Creek. Welcome to the Overlook! Recently remodeled from the ground up in 2022, this rental unit is a short 10 minute WALK to restaurants, bars, transit, hiking trails and shopping. This is the upstairs unit in a two unit building where you’ll have the entire space to yourself, and nothing will be shared.
The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the 2nd floor of a duplex.
Each room in the space has it’s own heater/AC unit, as well as a Smart 4k TV.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a full bed with a deck overlooking the backyard.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal, a combo coffee maker with everything provided, and sports all brand new appliances and a quartz countertop.

The living room has a large, comfy sectional with a 65” smart 4k TV, for when it’s time to wind down.

Amazing location steps away from the heart of Downtown Walnut Creek. This allowed for easy access to Safeway and exploring the town.

Good spot

Great spot for east and north bay vacations if you have a car. Close to BART for the City. Clean, nice kitchen, comfy beds and couch.

I’d move in permanently if I could!

Absolutely obsessed with this VRBO! I go to the Bay Area for work every month and have been looking for a nice, quite, and home like area to stay during my trips and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found it! The host was excellent, the space was beautiful, everything I could need was there! Thank you for providing such a wonderful space!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Walnut Creek

Alexander’s place is beautifully renovated. In fact, I took a few pictures to help me with my project in Iowa. I especially loved the modern porcelain shower with dark colored hardware. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious spa.

Great loft in Walnut Creek

This place was great. We were visiting my brother and sister-in-law in Walnut Creek and it’s just down the road from downtown. Parking was available, the Vrbo space was clean orderly and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom amenities were fantastic. Alexander was communicative and ready to help with any request. I would recommend staying here.

Great extended stay

My wife and I recently moved away from the Bay Area and came back for an extended day for Thanksgiving and to see friends and family. We had a fantastic day at The Overlook. The property was perfect for us, the amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again the next time we come back.

Hosting an Airbnb has been a goal of mine for a few years now and I'm EXCITED to finally be able to do it in the place I call home. I have seen my fair share of hotels and Airbnb spaces on my travels. As a host, I can’t wait to show fellow travelers the same great hospitality that I have had across the globe.
Something personal about myself is that I have an unhealthy relationship with Netflix, but I try to make up for it by playing basketball on the weekends.
