The best of both worlds -- Beach and Lake! This amazing - JUST RENOVATED - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is waterfront -- located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Phillips Inlet in Pirate's Cove Inlet, providing instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Got a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you! We are located on the West End of Panama City Beach, only a few minutes from Publix, Carillon Beach, 30A, many restaurants and Camp Helen. If you don't have a boat, you can rent a kayak or paddleboard at Camp Helen and have a great time on the lake. Would you rather be on the beach? Grab your beach gear and head to one of the nearby public beach access points, less than 5 minutes from our driveway. OR even better . . . boat to Phillips Inlet and then spend the day on the sand where the gulf and lake converge. Got kids? Swimming in Phillips Inlet is one of ours favorite things to do… feels like you are in the gulf without the danger of the undertow. Like to fish? There is great fishing in Lake Powell. Like to crab? The inlet is the perfect place to catch crabs. Feeling lazy? Spend the day relaxing by one of our two onsite pools, both of which have just been completely updated. This property offers a little bit of everything and is a perfect, quiet, family destination.
Our townhouse has just been completely renovated and is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that sleeps up to 9 people. Furnished with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. We also have the unit next door which is basically a mirror image of this unit and there is an adjoining door that connects both units. The stay was great and the direct access to Lake view was super fun. Host Cara was excellent and very transparent on what will the stay at their place offer and not offer in a detailed mail. There were beach chairs accessible downstairs in a locked box that can be utilized.

The townhouse was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed in the home. The master bedroom was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.. Inlet Beach is a five minute drive and is very beautiful , the beach chairs were an added bonus.We had a wonderful time.

Relaxing and Easy
It was perfectly located for what we intended to do for our trip. It was around some beautiful area near the lake and the beach. Check in and check out was easy. The owners we're very easy to reach. They communicated well. Price point was amazing and kept us under budget. The rental property was clean and comfortable. Everything was described perfectly on the website.
