Great location, and mostly had everything we needed! Lots of pots and pans - no condiments like another review said so make sure to bring some. Also highly recommend bringing extra towels. Otherwise - we had a great stay!

Overall the property and surrounding complex were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would have given 5 stars except for 2 noteworthy concerns. The deadbolt lock would not engage, so exit door security was limited to the door knob. When running the refrigerator made a very loud, rattling noise like a fan was loose and wobbling. It was very annoying.

We did not use the pool or hot tub. Condo was nice, great location. We had a couple issues, but the property manager came and fixed them right away. There are no spices/ coffee in kitchen, not even salt or pepper. So bring your own. The beds were comfy along with the pillows. It does get hot upstairs with the heat on. But we still had a great time.

A perfect Spring break spot for our family.

We loved staying here with our children. The house was clean and beds comfortable. We were able to cook with ease. Sit in the hot tub and walk to the beach.

This was a great place to stay! We took advantage of the beach and the hot tub. We had a great view. The whole place was clean, and it was easy to access the key. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well appointed. Also, the property manager gave prompt assistance with questions. A couple recommendations we would make: extra garbage bags for the kitchen, at least one extra roll of TP in each bathroom, washcloths and bath towels for each person staying. Also, maybe an extra kitchen towel or two. The bbq was quite dirty. We had rented the home for 5 people, yet the sofa bed had no linens on it, and I couldn’t find any anywhere. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable. A map of the property would also have been helpful.

The unit is lovely - just like in the photos. Furniture, fixtures and finishes are modern and updated. Cleanliness could use some improvement. On the surface the place looked clean, however upon closer inspection it became clear that the cleaning was rather superficial. Horizontal surfaces are clean, mirrors clean, etc., but things like cabinet fronts, microwave, blinds, looked like they hadn't been touched in quite a while. Kitchen sponge smelled horrible. I had asked if there were linens provided for the pull-out sofa, and was assured that there were, but in fact there were none. I found at least 3 comforter sets, a blanket, decorative pillows, and a mattress cover, but no sheet sets (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases). I managed to find two regular pillows in the 2nd bedroom closet, but one of them had what appeared to be blood stains . I had the teenagers drape our own beach towels over some decorative pillows to sleep :(The location is lovely and the view is fantastic. I opened up the sliding glass doors at night so we could hear the ocean - no sleep sound machine needed! We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - it was such a great way to end the day. Might consider staying here again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man kann schnell an den Strand hinunterlaufen und kommt mit dem Auto schnell nach Santa Cruz und Umgebung. Das Appartment selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas mehr gepflegt und gesÀubert sein können, war aber insgesamt in Ordnung.
