With a convenient location and elevator access, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, promising a memorable experience.
The Space:
Experience the comfort of a spacious studio designed for relaxation and enjoyment. This inviting space features an open kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy meals at a large dining table and unwind in comfortable oversized chairs that convert into sleeper sofas. A large, comfortable bed aside the gas fireplace offers stunning views of the ocean, tree-lined bluffs, Lover's Point overlook, and the main lodge pool from your private patio. Listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves with your slider open. A dedicated desk near the patio door provides a workspace. Stay connected with provided Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on a large Roku TV with cable. The remodeled bathroom includes a step-in shower/tub, a vanity sink with a makeup mirror, and a separate toilet for privacy. Ample storage is available with a large closet and deep drawers in the nightstands and under the bed.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires on the sand are allowed-supplies are available at the Village across the street.

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
Note: This unit is located near the elevator for easy access and loading to and from your vehicle.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, fresh linens for each bed and a full set of towels for each guest to include wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel. A 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). Note: there is a laundry room with a complimentary washer and dryer located in the parking garage below your building should you wish to freshen your linens during your stay.
We provide a well-stocked studio for your stay including a kitchenette complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods, creamer & sugars to start your vacation off right.
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
