Upon entering the recently updated duplex you'll immediately be greeted by all the light and bright coastal colors and details.

On the first floor you'll find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances and complementary coffee and tea. Head into a comfortable living room with smart TV to stream your favorites. Curl up on the spacious bay window seating with plenty of books to explore and enjoy harbor views. The first floor also has a full bathroom and a washer and dryer.

Head up the stairs and you'll find 2 coastal style bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. In the largest bedroom you'll wake up to unobstructed views of the harbor! In the backyard you'll find a lovingly cared for lawn with gardens and private deck for al fresco dining & summer grilling. The yard is fully fenced in making it perfect for letting little ones run around!

Home was very clean well equipped and decorated nicely. Great location. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space as the first unit always took the slotted spot on site. This is the second time my family booked this house. We were always happy with it. We have been in both units and were not disappointed.

From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away by how up to date the accommodations are.The decor is so tastefully done and so much attention to detail. Everything you can think of is provided for you, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms, just unpack your clothes and you are ready to enjoy the property. Communication with the property owner is excellent, providing check in and checkout information and providing videos of how to use the tv &appliances, which was very helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that you actually have 2 en-suite’s which have doors to separate them for privacy. Perfect for 2 couples sharing so that you have your own space and both have a view of the harbor. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the 1st floor and a washer dryer. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and grill for those nights you choose to stay in. All of the pictures provided were accurate, but it has to been seen in person to appreciate how lovely this property is. We can’t wait to return next year

Absolutely Beautiful

My husband and I absolutely loved this New England cottage. Clean, comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Cottage had all amenities, check in / out was super easy. Property manager was responsive!

Beautiful Property

Property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Great location, clean, stocked with all esentials, right down to binoculars, to look across the harbor. Rachel really does think of everything to make your stay perfect. I have stayed at another property hosted by Rachel and that was just as nice!

East Gloucester is a quiet seaside neighborhood with it's own little arts district called Rocky Neck. Here you'll find a few restaurants, art galleries, a local theatre and of course lots of waterfront activity!

Gloucester offers several ways of getting around the city from well marked streets to assist you as you drive, to public transportation, including the water shuttle, which has to be the best bargain around. You pay a daily fee of $10.00 and you can hop on and off as many times as you want to take in the area shops, galleries, and restaurants as you get an entertaining ride around Gloucester's inner harbor, learning about Gloucester's working waterfront.
Gloucester also has a public bus transportation system (CATA) and Uber and taxi services.
