Head up the stairs to the third floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! A cozy eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals inside or walk out to your private deck with ocean views.

Head into the living room where you'll find fun coastal decor, another spot to enjoy meals, and a corner workspace for remote work. Off the living room is a spacious bedroom with memory foam king sized mattress. A renovated full bathroom with tub finishes off the unit.

All spaces have been thoughtfully and professionally designed and of course just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

The stay was wonderful. There are several flights of stairs, which was not a problem for myself and partner. The view of the ocean is minimal, but a quick walk to Bearskin neck and the ocean.

Unit 3 was great and very clean. Full space and amenities. Seating was good and access to the coast was great. The deck was nice for any time outside. The bed wasnt very comfortable, specifically not for side sleepers.My only recommendations:-TV in the bedroom-Extra throw blanket for the living room

A perfect place to stay when visiting Rockport! The location is amazing, the house is great, and the host is wonderful. She was beyond helpful with everything I asked and needed. The place is very clean and has everything you need. We will for sure stay here again on our next trip to Rockport.

This apartment was small but mighty. We were looking for something in the heart of Rockport and we definitely lucked out. The views were amazing from the deck and the apartment was clean and tidy. We had one question and the host replied immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location. It would be nice to have a key to the back porch to use those steps instead of the ones inside.AC in all rooms kept the unit comfortable.And it would have been nice to have 2 or more kitchen towels and a dish mat as well as 2 hand towels.Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks.

Historic home — Lovely, spacious, immaculate, within a few minutes walk of Lower Beach, Shalin Lu music center, lots of dining, scenic downtown harborside. We didn’t need our car for the length of our 3-day stay, then found on-street parking (4 for 4 hours) to extend our stay in Rockport for another afternoon.

Excellent Property in Rockport, MA!!

My husband and I stayed in the top floor of this beautiful house for 5 nights in June, 2025! It was extremely clean, well-kept and so charming. The owners were available for any questions we had and very prompt when there was a small issue in the shower that needed a fix. We would highly recommend this beautiful house! It is walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Rockport!

Perfect Fit

I was looking for a spot to decompress for a few days, write, and walk to the sea. I didn’t write much because I was way too busy walking through the village and along the coast.This apartment was charming, clean, and fullly equipped. It even has a washer/dryer, which was wonderful. I started my day with coffee on the deck, then went walking. The ocean is just down the road, and the coastal path is within half a mile.I parked my car in the private lot (a huge bonus) and didn’t touch it for two days. As long as stairs aren’t an issue for you (and they weren’t), this is the perfect spot within walking distance of everything.VRBO had a glitch but host was quick to respond to texts and I could not have been more comfortable.

Perfect location

We loved walking to breakfast and dinner, the waterfront and the shops. Our “ apartment”was the perfect blend of new and old and a perfect place to be when the rain came down. We loved celebrating my 80 th birthday there!

New Years Eve getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is what it says it is. Very nice contemporary accommodations. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rockport is very quaint. In a good way we were located right across the street from some of the New years festivities. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy

We came to Rockport for a fall get-away trip and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is clean, comfortable and a great location to walk into Rockport. The property manager was easily reachable and responsive to any of our needs. A delightful place to stay that we would highly recommend! Note that the steps to the apartment are steep.

Beautiful place, great host!

The apt. is less than 10 minutes from the water. Tons of cute shops and some delicious restaurants. Amazing for a quiet get away. Host was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Perfect spot for a couple in Rockport. Excellent location within short walking distance of all the action. Place was well appointed, and had as great private 3rd floor or deck. Host was very accomodating and responsive.
