Rustic Gatherings Lodge est une maison magnifiquement restaurée construite au milieu des années 1800. Remontez le temps dans toute la maison tout en apprenant l'histoire de Warren. Une ville forestière autrefois en plein essor où les riches partiraient en vacances, Warren avait un terrain de golf et un hôtel au sommet d'une montagne. Lorsque la voie ferrée a cessé de traverser la ville, la plupart des terres entourant Warren ont été vendues à l'État et transformées en forêt nationale. Warren est limité dans le temps avec des lacs, des étangs, des rivières, des montagnes et des sentiers offrant de nombreuses aventures en pleine nature telles que la randonnée, la course à pied, le vélo de montagne et le marathon, la pêche, le kayak, la raquette, le ski de fond, la motoneige, la randonnée en VTT.

La maison comprend: un bar sur le pont arrière et une cuisine extérieure avec grill, un champ événementiel, une cabane avec eau et électricité, 2 foyers à côté de la rivière, un bain à remous, des kayaks, des gilets de sauvetage, une petite table de billard, une table de baby-foot, des jeux familiaux, des enfants Jouets, système de jeu XBOX, film sur grand écran avec son surround, Internet sans fil, centre d'affaires, service Verizon Cell, télévision par câble, plus de 1500 DVD, lecteurs DVD et téléviseurs, cuisine de chef entièrement équipée, cuisine de grande maison, boissons chaudes Keurig, Linge de lit, serviettes de bain, cartes et guides des sentiers.

Everything was great from top to bottom about house from the adult game room the theater room and the massive kitchen which helped out cooking for our group. The host was very helpful with any questions that we had during our stay and definitely be going back again

Fun spot for a friends weekend!

We had a great stay at Rustic Gatherings Lodge for a bachelorette party! Sandy was so communicative throughout the booking process (as well as during our stay) and answered all questions I had. Everyone was very comfortable at the Lodge and we had a lot of fun staying there.

Me and my friends had wanted to go on a senior trip but didn’t want to go far, we live right outside of boston and this house was perfect. Graduation Celebration

What a memorable and special stay we had. Our daughter graduated from PSU. We were able to accommodate family and friends to all stay together for a momentous occasion. The house and property are amazing. The staff was welcoming and considerate. We would definitely go back to this property.

Family Trip 2024

We stayed in August of 2024 and our group of 13 had a great time. We appreciated the communication and all the amenities on site, especially in the barn. We especially recommend anyone visiting to head out to Lake Tarleton to swim - its beautiful there. Thank you for everything Sandy!

Incredible rustic getaway!

We had a great time- 4 families with kids ranging from early elementary to teens plus our dogs. This fabulous country home was able to accommodate us all with room to spare! The barn was a highlight, and there were so many thoughtful details throughout the house. Sandy greeted us warmly when we arrived, and was accessible if we needed anything. Everything was even better then the listing read. Space for kids and adults. Even though it rained a few days there was loads of activities in the Barn for the kids. The house had great spaces to sit and chat or enjoy the outdoors. Game room and theatre rooms were very family friendly. The fire pit was fun too! Road out front was busy but back of house was serene and lovely. Sandy is a pleasure to deal with. Fun was had by all!

A Rustic Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay over the holidays. Sandy went above and beyond to have the house decorated and perfect for our arrival. She also maintained great communication and had all the info I needed for my stay ready and accessible in the house. There was so much to explore in the house, and the kids really loved the game room in the barn. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to host a large group of people, and enjoys rustic charm.

A Dream Stay for Mom's 70th Birthday Celebration

What a lovely place to bring the family! We are so pleased with Sean & Sandy and the home they shared with us. They did an amazing job renovating a property with modern amenities and keeping the irreplaceable historic charm of Bailey's Tavern. The games in the barn, the screening room, nearby trails, and beautiful mountain views. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose this place for our stay. Book it! You won't regret it. :-)

Great property

The house itself is incredibly charming. There is ample space for everyone, including the expansive barn which is perfect for entertaining. As well as the seven-person hot tub on the back porch that was ready for use upon our arrival. There are more than enough bathrooms, and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were briefly at the property next door. They were very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Perfect place for a big group getaway

Hosted a large ski weekend with 19 adults here for a weekend, and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, and have a good time. With a short drive over to Loon, the beautiful setting on the river, the abundant parking, and the many MANY entertainment options in the house itself, I've already got people from the group suggesting we should come back soon. Sandy was incredibly responsive and a kind and friendly host - exactly the type of person you want for a trip like this. Highly recommend both Sandy and the house!

Perfect family reunion!

We stayed at Rustic Gatherings for a family reunion of 10 adults and 3 little kids, and just had the best time! The house is great for all ages, and equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay. We had so much fun playing in the river behind the house, making s'mores in the fire pit, BBQing, and watching movies in the movie room. Sandy and Sean are so welcoming and helpful, and even went above and beyond to make sure our family found us when some of us decided to tube down the river! Added bonus, there's a great little blueberry picking farm about 10 minutes up the road.

Just Perfect

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with 18 friends for a "Girls' Weekend" here at Rustic Gatherings Lodge. I can't imagine a better experience than what we had. Everything about this place, the house, and its owners strikes the perfect chord -- not overly stuffy or too elegant to feel comfortable, but rather just the right amount of cozy, warm and lovely. The hot tub, comfortable beds and beautiful setting make it feel like a true getaway, but it is also a space where you immediately feel at home. Sandy and her family were incredible hosts. They were available to respond to every need and had great ideas for special touches or fun outings. Sandy and her mother cooked us beautiful, delicious meals from scratch. The barn was a fantastic party space where we danced into the night. The entire weekend was magical and I am so glad to have found Sandy and Rustic Gatherings Lodge.

70th Birthday

WOW, what a great experience we had! Thank you so much Sandy! Our group of 16 had a fantastic weekend! We rented this house so that we could take my father-in-law away with his family. It was hard finding a place to hold all of us and Rustic did just that, and had plenty of room for more!! I loved how it made you feel right at home! The layout was phenomenal and Sandy was awesome. I loved how the younger son came over to tell us to have a great weekend! The kids enjoyed the bunk house and we all watched our GoPro videos on the projection tv, what a hoot that was! This has been by far the best house we have ever rented, and we've rented numerous houses. We will now inquire about Rustic every time! We even got together to try to plan a girls weekend away and possibly using it for my 40th birthday celebration in September! There is nothing i would change about the house. As i said the layout was great! I hot tub was relaxing! We cant wait to go back! Lisa

I'm so glad your group enjoyed our Lodge. I love Warren, this community, and all that it has to offer to travelers with the White Mountains as it's playground. The lodge is a great place for large groups to come together and celebrate, relax and enjoy each others company. I'm passionate about Rustic Gatherings Lodge and Event Planning, I've been doing it for 20+ years. I thoroughly enjoy setting up the lodge in a way that I accommodate guests needs and adding in the simple touches of old & new. You Will Not Be Disappointed!

There are so many great things about this property, but at the top of the list are the hosts, Sandy and Sean. They are full of information about the area, incredibly responsive, so very friendly, and have put together a place where everyone in your group will have a great time. We initially searched for a place that had to have 6 bedrooms to accommodate our family coming in from South Carolina, Texas, and three New England states. What we got was so much more. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable; the living and family rooms had plenty of seating for hanging with family; the large dining-room table right off the kitchen big enough to seat 10. There is a big 4-season porch, and a large back deck overlooking a river, Just a beautiful setting. Past the kitchen was another commercial-type kitchen with a large refrigerator and huge double sink. Every pot, pan, baking sheet, cup, glass, plate, utensil you would ever need is in this house. But the best part, especially for our family with 10 adults, two teenagers, a 4-year old, and two infants was The Barn! Sure, we saw the description in the ad, but we still couldn't believe it when we saw it. Accessing through the commercial kitchen up a small flight of stairs is a small living area, another bedroom, 3/4 bath on this floor with a Game Room. The Game Room was where we spent a lot of time: Air Hockey, Pool Table, Foosball, Table Shuffleboard, Darts, another living-room area, and so many toys for younger kids. If that wasn't enough, up the stairs to the next level revealed another 3/4 bath and a Movie Theater! Big screen, great sound system, and probably close to 2000 DVDs (maybe more). Sandy and Sean have created and maintained a place where large families can come together and make a lot of memories. We certainly did, and if our family comes together again like this past Christmas/New Year, Rustic Gatherings will be at the top of our list.

Come down to the river

Extremely family friendly! We had10 adults and 13 kids (3-13). There was plenty of space for all to enjoy. The Baker River in the backyard was the highlight for the kids. They were always out there! After a day in the River, we enjoyed time in the hot tub, making s’mores by the campfire or walking down to Moose Scoops for ice creams. The Barn is an awesome extra. It has entertainment for everyone from games , books, football, air hockey, wall chalkboard, shuffleboard and even a theatre with 2500 dvds. Kids and adults were also fascinated with the working record player and record collection. Most importantly, Sandy was a hands on host. she was always available to answer any questions we had. We are very grateful to Sandy and Sean for the opportunity to stay in such a doecial

Amazing property for a group!

I can't say enough about our stay. We were a group of 15 adults there for a 40th birthday party. Sandy was so helpful in answering questions ahead of our group arriving. Check-in process was wonderful with Sandy giving us a quick tour and showing all of the space and amenities available. The house, barn, and backyard are huge and the pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. My friends and I loved hanging out in the backyard by the river and in the hot tub. The outdoor bar is so cool. The entire house was very clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and there was so much space to hang out that people could get some time to themselves if needed. It's very close to a general store and we walked down the road to get ice cream. We hated to leave when it was over. Thank you so much Sandy for a wonderful weekend. We have already talked about returning in the future.

40th Birthday Getaway

We stayed at the Lodge for a week to celebrate my husbands 40th and had an absolutely amazing time!! Sandy was the best hostess and the lodge provided *plenty* of activities to keep our family and friends, both young and old, entertained throughout our stay - which included sun, wind, cold, warmth and snow - gotta love New England! Thank you, Sandy and staff, for an unforgettable trip!!

My name is Sandy, and we are the Donahue's, Sandy, Sean, RJ, Tucker, and Drew. I grew up in Warren, moved away then decided to come back and raise our children in a place I have always loved to call home. I am an Event Planner and Personal Chef and have spent my life entertaining, and planning gatherings for work and friends and family. My husband, Sean grew up in Vermont, hunting and fishing so moving to NH was a natural choice. We enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, ATVing, snowmobiling, and camping. We have a passion for community and support local shops & businesses. We cook using foods from local farmers, dairies, and butchers. After the youngest of our three boys left home, we decided to rent out such a big house to others so they could enjoy the house and area as much as we did.

Rustic Gatherings Lodge is located on Main Street of a small country town, it's unique because 'it's where families and friends vacation together'. As a Personal Chef, I would travel to cook for vacationers and there were two complaints, 'we can't find a place big enough for all of us to stay together, and there are too many of us to go out to a restaurant'. The house was built in the mid-1800s and features beautiful wood floors throughout and exposed wood beams.

Once a tavern we have restored this home to most of its original condition. Our lodge provides both a place large enough for everyone can stay together, with a big kitchen for dining and larger day gatherings outside for small events and weddings. The house is equipped with many amenities and provides a relaxing vacation whether out back on the deck, at the fire pit by the river, hiking in the woods, swimming along the many swimming holes on the river, lakes or ponds, hiking or riding through the beautiful White Mountain Forest.
