This huge new luxury home is exquisitely designed, with unmatched amenities.

⊁ Your own Old World Pub with pool and poker tables.
⊁ Movie theater has 8 recliners, 98" TV and premium sound.
⊁ Private sauna, steam room, large covered hot tub, exercise room.

⊁ Oversized master bedroom has a Jacuzzi in front of the window overlooking the mountains.

Our home is unique, you won't find this combination of amenities anywhere else! We built it to be enjoyed, and no detail was overlooked. Every space is uniquely designed.

Home is located near Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain and Loon Mountain Ski Resorts. Gunstock, Wildcat, Attitash, etc, all a close drive. Embark on scenic hikes, discover waterfalls, or hit the slopes.

Dining area has a 10' foot table that comfortably seats 12 or more guests. Cook for all your guests on the new Weber Genesis grill.

En suite bathrooms feature his and hers (dual) curbless showers and tubs providing a spa-like experience.

Lower level offers endless entertainment, including a large sauna, steam room with shower and heated benches, full bath, and direct access to the large covered outdoor 8 person hot tub. After sauna relax in the Moroccan theme meditation/tea room. Complete private spa!

Old Irish style bar is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, microwave and Subzero wine fridge/refrigerator combo. Watch a movie on the 98" QLED Samsung TV while relaxing in one of the 8 leather power recliners. Premium sound system will make you feel like you are in a real movie theater.

Netflix, Disney+, Max, Peacock and Hulu are configured on all 7 TVs in the house. Premium Alexa speakers are installed in all rooms and spaces and are connected to Amazon Music Unlimited.

Garage has level 2 EV charger compatible with all car models, including Tesla.

4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter months to access the property

The property is such a great place to stay. So much to offer as far as relaxation, entertainment, and places to sleep. Our host was very responsive to any questions and proactively provided all the information needed for an easy stay.

The house was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were a big hit with our group. We loved the deck overlooking the mountain views. Perfect location for hiking in October. Communication with the host was very good! We highly recommend this amazing house.

We had the most wonderful experience at this VRBO rental! The house was beyond belief, even more spectacular in person than on the website. We were a family of 11, including 5 grandchildren 5 -12, and everyone had so much fun with all to do in this amazing mountainside retreat! Katrina, our host, was amazing from booking to our departure. Any questions we had were answered immediately, in the warmest and kindest manner. She made the VRBO experience even more memorable for all of us. Thank you so much Katrina, would not think twice about booking this spectacular home again or recommending others to work with you!

This beautiful home had an unexpected surprise-OUTSTANDING deck views of the mountains with comfortable seating to enjoy the beauty. Add to that a well equipped kitchen, Pub, media room, and plenty of seating areas for dining and relaxing. Katrina was a top notch host. She responded quickly to any questions prior to check in and made sure we had everything we needed upon check in. The home is away from the crowds of the seasonal activities of the area. All of the guests had a fantastic stay!

Incredible Stay

We rented this house for a group of us that were attending a wedding at nearby Owls Nest and couldn't have been more impressed with the property. The house was as advertised and easily fit our group of 11. There is plenty of local shops/food nearby and Owls Nest is only a short drive. Katrina was extremely responsive throughout the reservation and accommodated an earlier check-in without issue. I would highly recommend booking this property and we will certainly be doing so again as well. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!!! The house was absolutely perfect!! The hot tub, sauna, game room and outdoor deck, gave us so much enjoyment when the weather wasn’t cooperating! The kitchen had everything you needed to feed your peeps!! Literally, the best place we have booked on any site!

Best Place in NH

Katrina was outstanding.The place was beyond expectations. The master alone was worth the stay. She has thought of everything that you could possibly want in a stay whether it is a necessity or a luxury. The downstairs bar/lounge was incredible. Felt like a resort with everything that was included. My only regret was not staying longer. Location was great for skiers as you are within 30 minutes from 3 different mountains. Will definitely stay again.Katrina answered any questions or needs within minutes. One of my favorite places and times I’ve had in the mountains.

beautiful home

The pictures don't justify how beautiful this home is, there was plenty of room for all of us. They only down fall was no yard as we had small children, they didn't seem to mind there was plenty do with the theater room and game room. the hot tub is a bounce, just sorry we didn't stay longer. would I go back? ABOUSTLEY!!!

Family trip

We are a large family that came from all parts of the country to spend holiday time together. The home has everything you could want. It is beautiful! We cooked wonderful meals together in an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed the amenities in the entertainment area. Movies in the media room, pool table games and hot tub and sauna time. Everything was great and communication with Katrina the manager was easy and always responsive. The only thing you need to know is that a four wheel drive vehicle is a must in the winter. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful home

Well traveled and this house is one of the best I've stayed !

The pictures don't do this house justice . It's one of those houses that you don't want to go out and do things because you enjoy being at the house more . We stayed the weekend for my mothers birthday with my own and my sisters family and both my parents. The house way absolutely perfect for our weekend as we wanted to cook at home and enjoy the beautiful fall weather . At every corner there is an enjoyable ammenties . My kids favorite was the theater room, my favorite was the sauna and meditation room. My parents loved the view and the deck to watch the ever changing sky over the mountains . This house is fully stocked with everything your heart would desire . The primary suite is the size of a small house with a soaking tomjb facing an incredible Mountain View . Little things like easy to use sound system throughout the house , very high end appliances , a full bar and hot tub , a weekend was truly not close to enough. We will defintely be back

Family vacation

The house was lovely. Lots of room. Gorgeous views. Lots of amenities that everyone enjoyed. Place was clean and well stocked for dining in. The community center with the pool was only used for a fee. There was one free pass. We hope that the opportunity arises that we can use the place again. Thank you.
