Very pleasant accomodation. Forest park is a lovely neighborhood (my son appreciate the promixity of waterpark and playground).Parking is a real plus. Easy communication with the owner. Kitchen is a bit small. I highly recommended this place.

Great location and comfortable stay.This place has everything you need for a long or short stay, it has parking available and it's close to public transport (the blue line) and a Walmart is not far (15 min walk). Good restaurants, coffee shops and bars not far (20 mins walk) with a variety of choices.The new beds are great, very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the tenants above, there is very little or no insulation in the floor and you want hear them when they are walking around. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue Apart from that I would recommend this place and would be staying here if back in Chicago

We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay again. Great location in a really lovely neighborhood with lots of fantastic coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and shopping options. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. They responded quickly to any concerns we had. The pool at the end of the block was a wonderful surprise where we spent a day with our 9 year old grandson who did not get off the slide once! Thank you to Jessica and Jaime for hosting us!

It's a comfy apartment in Forest Park, close to the light rail that takes you directly to O'Hare Airport. A park is a couple blocks away so great for families. Checking in was a little tricky because you need to download the August smartlock app to your phone to enter the property. That would be helpful to explain to guests shortly after time of booking. There was a lot of noise upstairs with young toddlers running so I would recommend the host supply ear plugs to help drown out the upstairs guests. Very nice decor and easy to find. I recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

As an older woman traveling alone I was impressed with the security system and the ease of use - after checkin. I am somewhat technology challenged and Jessica was extremely patient with me a she guided me thru the process. The apartment was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. A few suggestions mainly age related: grab bar to assist exiting from shower and a shower mat or appliqués on the tub floor - it was a little slippery. And unless I missed them - shades on the front windows. I enjoyed my stay and met a new friend that was staying in the floor above me while having coffee every morning in the yard. Thank you
